Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及石膏板工业锯切收尘设备，具体的说是一种适用于石膏板锯边或垫条锯切位置的收尘与废料收集装置。
背景技术
目前石膏板成型干燥后，需要对毛糙边部进行锯边修整，形成定长精确尺寸后，转入后序封边包装工序，在此石膏板锯边过程中或石膏板包装用垫条锯切时，都会产生大量石膏粉尘与夹带纸条、纸毛的碎边角料，常规处理方式是将碎边角料单独或集中收集，运送到指定地点进行二次集中破碎处理，粉尘量大，费时费力，尤其石膏板废边角料、粉料落撒，不环保，不能与高速石膏板线产能相匹配。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种石膏板边角料收集打散输送装置，结构紧凑，除尘与破碎效果显著，省时省力。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：
一种石膏板边角料收集打散输送装置，包含有锯切装置、碎纸风机和收尘器，所述碎纸风机一侧连接有管道一与管道二，所述管道一的另一端连接有置于锯切装置上方的上吸尘斗，所述管道二的另一端连接有置于锯切装置正下方的渣斗，锯切过程中产生的粉尘在碎纸风机的吸力下通过上吸尘斗吸入，直接吹送到收尘器中，所产生的石膏板边角料通过渣斗吸入碎纸风机内，经过切割粉碎后吹送到收尘器内。
所述锯切装置包含有支架、带有锯片的滑动轨道车、输板辊道和定位靠轮，所述支架上设置有滑动轨道，所述输板辊道设置于支架的正下方，所述定位靠轮设置于输板辊道的一侧，石膏板运行至输板辊道上，所述带锯片的滑动轨道车在支架上沿滑动轨道滑动，完成锯切动作至定位靠轮位置时停止。
所述管道一与管道二设置为钢丝软管。
本实用新型结构紧凑，除尘与破碎效果显著，省时省力，解决了高速石膏板锯切或石膏板包装用垫条锯切时产生的碎边角料同步处理难题，收集的粉尘与破碎后的石膏粉末、碎纸毛屑可以重新回用于石膏板生产，节约了原料使用，集中收集锯切废料的同时实现作业现场整洁和环保达标，石膏板边角料收集打散输送封闭运行，全系统集约紧凑，有效避免石膏板废边角料、粉料落撒，极大减少中间转运和抛洒，节约人力和劳动，具有良好的经济与环境效益。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述：
如图1所示，一种石膏板边角料收集打散输送装置，包含有锯切装置1、碎纸风机2和收尘器3，所述碎纸风机2一侧连接有管道一21与管道二22，所述管道一21的另一端连接有置于锯切装置1上方的上吸尘斗23，所述管道二22的另一端连接有置于锯切装置1正下方的渣斗24，锯切过程中产生的粉尘在碎纸风机2的吸力下通过上吸尘斗23吸入，直接吹送到收尘器3中，所产生的石膏板边角料通过渣斗24吸入碎纸风机2内，经过切割粉碎后吹送到收尘器3内。
所述锯切装置1包含有支架11、带有锯片的滑动轨道车12、输板辊道13和定位靠轮14，所述支架11上设置有滑动轨道，所述输板辊道13设置于支架11的正下方，所述定位靠轮14设置于输板辊道13的一侧，石膏板运行至输板辊道13上，所述带锯片的滑动轨道车12在支架11上沿滑动轨道滑动，完成锯切动作至定位靠轮14位置时停止，所述管道一21与管道二22设置为钢丝软管。
具体使用过程中，当石膏板在辊道上运行至切割位置时，滑动辊道车沿支架启动运行，上部锯片开始锯切，设置的支架，保证锯片与石膏板接触后沿着设定的辊道做直线运动，从而保证石膏板锯切轨迹精确，直至运行至定位靠轮处停止锯切动作，在整个锯切过程中会产生很多粉尘与边角料，所产生的粉尘通过上吸尘斗23，吹送到收尘器3，而切割所产生的石膏板边角料通过渣斗24进入碎纸风机2，经过粉碎后吹送到收尘器3内，实现石膏粉料集中收集，废气达标排放。

1.一种石膏板边角料收集打散输送装置，其特征在于，包含有锯切装置（1）、碎纸风机（2）和收尘器（3），所述碎纸风机（2）一侧连接有管道一（21）与管道二（22），所述管道一（21）的另一端连接有置于锯切装置（1）上方的上吸尘斗（23），所述管道二（22）的另一端连接有置于锯切装置（1）正下方的渣斗（24），锯切过程中产生的粉尘在碎纸风机（2）的吸力下通过上吸尘斗（23）吸入，直接吹送到收尘器（3）中，所产生的石膏板边角料通过渣斗（24）吸入碎纸风机（2）内，经过切割粉碎后吹送到收尘器（3）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石膏板边角料收集打散输送装置，其特征在于，所述锯切装置（1）包含有支架（11）、带有锯片的滑动轨道车（12）、输板辊道（13）和定位靠轮（14），所述支架（11）上设置有滑动轨道，所述输板辊道（13）设置于支架（11）的正下方，所述定位靠轮（14）设置于输板辊道（13）的一侧，石膏板运行至输板辊道（13）上，所述带锯片的滑动轨道车（12）在支架（11）上沿滑动轨道滑动，完成锯切动作至定位靠轮（14）位置时停止。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石膏板边角料收集打散输送装置，其特征在于，所述管道一（21）与管道二（22）设置为钢丝软管。
