一种滚轮式热合机，横梁部的悬挑端下方设有连接架，连接架的正投影为开口向下的“U”型，连接架上面传动连接有螺杆，螺杆与机架通过螺纹上下传动相连，连接架内相对旋转连接有传动轴，传动轴与横梁部内的驱动机构传动相连，传动轴上传动连接有压花模具，压花模具下方的工作台上安装有超声波模头，超声波模头与压花模具上下相对应，超声波模头连接有超声波控制器，超声波控制器连接有超声波机箱。压花模具包括滚轮，滚轮与传动轴传动相连，滚轮外面固定连接有压齿。滚轮外面还固定连接有滚刀，滚刀沿滚轮外表面一周设置。传动轴上传动连接有齿轮，齿轮通过链条与驱动机构传动相连。工作台相对旋转安装有转辊，转辊位于压花模具的出料侧。

本实用新型涉及一种包装袋加工装置，尤其涉及一种滚轮式热合机。
背景技术
目前使用的包装袋热合机适合流水线生产，在制袋过程中，不可避免地会出现次品和返工产品，对于这类产品，很难重回流水线再次热合，由于流水线中的热合机适合对卷材连续不断地生产，因此热合单个次品或返工产品时对机器不可控，人员操作危险性大，且效率不高，很多次品和返工产品直接报废，造成极大的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对不足，提供一种能对次品和返工产品再次加工、避免浪费的滚轮式热合机。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种滚轮式热合机，包括工作台，工作台上面固定安装有机架，机架包括与工作台固定相连的连接部，连接部上端一体固定连接有横梁部，横梁部内设有驱动机构，其特征在于，横梁部的悬挑端下方设有连接架，连接架的正投影为开口向下的“U”型，连接架上面传动连接有螺杆，螺杆与机架通过螺纹上下传动相连，连接架内相对旋转连接有横向设置的传动轴，传动轴与横梁部内的驱动机构传动相连，传动轴上传动连接有压花模具，压花模具下方的工作台上安装有超声波模头，超声波模头与压花模具上下相对应，超声波模头连接有超声波控制器，超声波控制器连接有超声波机箱。

如图1、图2和图3所示，一种滚轮式热合机，包括工作台11，工作台11上面固定安装有机架1，机架1包括与工作台11固定相连的连接部，连接部上端一体固定连接有横梁部，横梁部内设有驱动机构，横梁部的悬挑端下方设有连接架7，连接架7的正投影为开口向下的“U”型，连接架7上面传动连接有螺杆4，螺杆4与机架1通过螺纹上下传动相连，连接架7内相对旋转连接有横向设置的传动轴6，传动轴6与横梁部内的驱动机构传动相连，传动轴6上传动连接有压花模具5，压花模具5下方的工作台11上安装有超声波模头8，超声波模头8与压花模具5上下相对应，超声波模头8连接有超声波控制器9，超声波控制器9连接有超声波机箱10。
在本实施例中，所述压花模具5包括滚轮，滚轮与所述传动轴6传动相连，滚轮外面固定连接有压齿14。所述滚轮外面还固定连接有滚刀13，滚刀13沿滚轮外表面一周设置。所述传动轴6上传动连接有齿轮2，齿轮2通过链条3与所述驱动机构传动相连。所述工作台11相对旋转安装有转辊15，转辊15位于所述压花模具5的出料侧。所述工作台11上还固定安装有条带导引器，条带导引器位于所述压花模具5的进料侧，条带导引器包括与工作台11固定相连的定位板16，定位板16上固定连接有条带导引槽17。
在本实施例中，所述条带导引槽17的进料端固定连接有导引杆18，导引杆18为连续排列的“S”型。所述连接架7上开设有穿口12，所述链条3从穿口12内穿过。所述驱动机构通过电机驱动，电机连接有脚踏开关。
本实用新型的主要组成部分是超声波机箱和模头，压花模具根据机器的特性和产品的要求专门设计，根据不同的压花痕迹加工成不同的滚轮样式的模具，机器上端安装一个电机，超声波模头为圆形模头，压花模具一侧安装一个可调节的齿轮，通过链条的传动带动压花模具的转动，本实用新型还在机器下端安装一个脚踏开关，用以控制机器的正常工作。
使用时，将不合格的产品用手把包装袋的上口及底角折对整齐，然后把包装袋一端放在压花模具下面，用脚掌踩下脚踏开关，使压花模具转动，产品通过压花模具和超声波模头的挤压使用其热合牢固，压花模具最上方安装一个用手动控制的15cm-20cm的螺杆，通过手动松紧螺丝来控制压花的力度，不同克重的无纺布压花力度是不一样的，正常挤压过后的无纺布袋子能够符合客户要求，正常使用，很好的控制了废品的产出。
本实用新型还另外增设了条带导引器，除对无纺布袋修复外，还可以对手提袋、编织袋折边、封包，加工提带。
本实用新型的使用安全可靠，可操作性强，工作效率大大提高，可以应对各种次品的返修，减少不必要的浪费，节约生产成本。

1.一种滚轮式热合机，包括工作台（11），工作台（11）上面固定安装有机架（1），机架（1）包括与工作台（11）固定相连的连接部，连接部上端一体固定连接有横梁部，横梁部内设有驱动机构，其特征在于，横梁部的悬挑端下方设有连接架（7），连接架（7）的正投影为开口向下的“U”型，连接架（7）上面传动连接有螺杆（4），螺杆（4）与机架（1）通过螺纹上下传动相连，连接架（7）内相对旋转连接有横向设置的传动轴（6），传动轴（6）与横梁部内的驱动机构传动相连，传动轴（6）上传动连接有压花模具（5），压花模具（5）下方的工作台（11）上安装有超声波模头（8），超声波模头（8）与压花模具（5）上下相对应，超声波模头（8）连接有超声波控制器（9），超声波控制器（9）连接有超声波机箱（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮式热合机，其特征在于，所述压花模具（5）包括滚轮，滚轮与所述传动轴（6）传动相连，滚轮外面固定连接有压齿（14）。
