本实用新型公开了一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其包括炉体，炉体顶端设有坐锅口，炉体内部下方活动插接有积灰槽，积灰槽上方的炉体内部设置有放柴炉排，炉体上方的一侧侧壁上设有排烟口，排烟口下方的炉体内部设置有蜂巢助燃器的配氧室，配氧室一端进风口与蜂巢助燃器的调风器连通，调风器设置在炉体外部，配氧室为中空壳体，配氧室的上下壳体上蜂巢式对应排列有多个燃烧孔，每对燃烧孔内插接一根燃烧管，燃烧管的管壁上均设置有多个通气孔，配氧室与放柴炉排之间的炉体内部为燃烧室。本实用新型燃烧室内未完全燃烧的可燃气体，分成多束较小的气流，随火焰进入燃烧管，与通过通气孔进入燃烧管的空气充分沸腾混合，实现完全燃烧，避免污染环境。

本实用新型涉及一种灶台炉，特别是涉及一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉。
背景技术：
现有灶台炉是固体燃料和不完全燃烧产生的可燃气体同室燃烧，由于固体燃料和气体燃料的燃烧条件不同，大量可燃气体不能够完全燃烧，直接排放，造成资源浪费，环境污染；另外现有灶台炉为了保证炉膛内燃料燃烧产生火焰的外焰与被加热的锅具等容器底部充分接触，在设计炉膛的高度时，燃煤的炉膛高度低，燃柴的炉膛高度高，炉膛不能够兼顾适用燃煤、燃柴；现有灶台炉燃烧时随着燃烧的程度不同，火焰的高低不同，不能够保证火焰的外焰与锅具底部充分合理接触，高效换热。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其包括炉体，所述炉体顶端设置有坐锅口，所述炉体内部下方活动插接有积灰槽，所述积灰槽上方的所述炉体内部设置有放柴炉排，所述炉体上方的一侧侧壁上设有排烟口，所述排烟口下方的所述炉体内部设置有蜂巢助燃器的配氧室，所述配氧室一端进风口与所述蜂巢助燃器的调风器连通，所述调风器设置在所述炉体外部，所述配氧室为中空壳体，所述配氧室的上下壳体上蜂巢式对应排列有多个燃烧孔，每对所述燃烧孔内插接一根燃烧管，所述燃烧管上下端均置于所述配氧室外部，所述燃烧管的管壁上均设置有多个通气孔，所述配氧室与所述放柴炉排之间的所述炉体内部为燃烧室。
优选地，所述放柴炉排上方的所述燃烧室内设置有放煤炉排，所述放煤炉排将所述燃烧室分为上下设置的燃柴室和燃煤室，所述燃柴室的一侧侧壁上设置有与所述燃柴室连通的加柴口，所述燃煤室的一侧侧壁上设置有与所述燃煤室连通的加煤口。
优选地，所述配氧室顶部与所述坐锅口上所放置的锅具的底部的距离为5-10cm。
优选地，所述炉体的内壁上设置有耐火层。
优选地，所述炉体的外壁上设置有水套。
本实用新型的优点：本实用新型通过在炉体内部上方设置蜂巢负压助燃器，燃料在燃烧室内燃烧时产生的未完全燃烧的可燃气体，分成多束较小的气流，随火焰进入燃烧管，与通过燃烧管壁上的通气孔进入燃烧管的空气(氧气)充分沸腾混合，使未完全燃烧的可燃气体充分燃烧，达到清洁排放标准；另外使用煤炭燃料，需要炉膛空间较小，燃烧时形成的火焰较低，使用薪柴的燃料，需要炉膛空间较大，燃烧时形成的火焰较高，因此通过将燃煤室设置在燃柴室上方，可以同时兼顾适用燃煤、燃柴对炉膛的不同要求；再可以通过将蜂巢助燃器与锅具底部距离设置为5-10cm，使蜂巢助燃器的燃烧火焰与锅具底部充分合理的接触，实现高效换热。

实施例1：如图1所示，在本实用新型的实施例中，提供了一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其包括炉体1，炉体1顶端设置有坐锅口2，坐锅口2用于放置锅具17；炉体1内部下方活动插接有积灰槽3，积灰槽3用于收集灰渣；积灰槽3上方的炉体1内部设置有放柴炉排4，炉体1上方的一侧侧壁上设有排烟口5，排烟口5下方的炉体1内部设置有蜂巢助燃器的配氧室6，配氧室6一端进风口与蜂巢助燃器的调风器7连通，调风器7设置在炉体1外部，配氧室6为中空壳体，配氧室6的上下壳体上蜂巢式对应排列有多个燃烧孔8，每对燃烧孔8内插接一根燃烧管9，燃烧管9上下端均置于配氧室6外部，燃烧管9的管壁上均设置有多个通气孔10，配氧室6与放柴炉排4之间的炉体1内部为燃烧室19。
工作过程：将煤炭燃料和薪柴燃料均通过加料口加入燃烧室19中，空气通过炉体1底部积灰槽3进入，进入燃烧室19，薪柴燃料和煤炭燃料在燃烧室19内燃烧，生成含有未完全燃烧的可燃气体的高温火焰，火焰被分成多个较适宜的小股火焰气流进入各个燃烧管9，空气(氧气)由调风器7进入配氧室6预热，预热后的空气(氧气)从燃烧管9的通气孔10进入燃烧管9，空气(氧气)与可燃气体在燃烧管9内多层、多次混合燃烧，火焰从燃烧管9出口排出，在炉体1内部上方的空腔内继续燃烧，火焰的外焰与锅具17充分接触，高效换热，高温烟气从排烟口5排出，进入到烟气换热器、火炕烟道或烟囱排放，炉体1的外壁上设置有水套16。
实施例2：如图2所示，在本实用新型的实施例中，提供了一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其包括炉体1，炉体1顶端设置有坐锅口2，坐锅口2用于放置锅具17；炉体1内部下方活动插接有积灰槽3，积灰槽3用于收集灰渣；积灰槽3上方的炉体1内部设置有放柴炉排4，放柴炉排4上方的炉体1内部设置放煤炉排13，放柴炉排4与放煤炉排13之间的炉体1内部为燃柴室11，燃柴室11的一侧侧壁上设置有加柴口14，放煤炉排13上方的炉体1内部为燃煤室12，燃煤室12的一侧侧壁上设置有加煤口15，燃煤室12上方设置有蜂巢助燃器，蜂巢助燃器包括设置在炉体1内部的配氧室6和设置在炉体1外部的调风器7，配氧室6一端进风口与调风器7连接，配氧室6为中空壳体，配氧室6的上下壳体上蜂巢式对应排列有多个燃烧孔8，每对燃烧孔8内插接一根燃烧管9，燃烧管9上下端均置于配氧室6外部，燃烧管9的管壁上均设置有多个通气孔10。蜂巢助燃器上方的炉体1的一侧侧壁上设置有排烟口5，烟气由排烟口5排放到炉体1外，配氧室6顶部与坐锅口2上所放置的锅具17的底部的距离为5-10cm，配氧室6顶部与锅具17之间距离设置为5-10cm，可以保证火焰的外焰与锅具17底部充分合理接触，实现高效换热。炉体1的外壁上设置有水套16。水套16的进水口连接到提供水源处，水套16的出水口可连接到散热器上为散热器提供热源，用于取暖，也可连接到淋浴设备用于淋浴；另外在炉体1的内壁上设置有耐火层18，提高灶台炉的使用寿命。
工作过程：使用煤炭燃料时从加煤口15加煤，在放煤炉排13上燃烧，空气通过积灰槽3进入，依次穿过放柴炉排4、燃柴室11、放煤炉排13，进入燃煤室12，煤炭燃料在燃煤室12内燃烧，生成含有未完全燃烧的可燃气体的高温火焰；使用薪柴燃料燃烧时，从加柴口14加柴，在放柴炉排4上燃烧，空气通过炉体1底部积灰槽3进入，依次穿过放柴炉排4，进入燃柴室11，薪柴燃料在燃柴室11内燃烧，生成含有未完全燃烧的可燃气体的高温火焰，火焰穿过放煤炉排13、进入到燃煤室12。两种燃料燃烧产生的火焰从燃煤室12通过燃烧管9分成多个较适宜的小股火焰气流，从燃烧管9底部进入燃烧管9，空气(氧气)由调风器7进入配氧室6预热，预热后的空气(氧气)从燃烧管9的通气孔10进入燃烧管9，空气(氧气)与可燃气体在燃烧管9内多层、多次混合燃烧，火焰从燃烧管9出口排出，在炉体1内部上方的空腔内继续燃烧，火焰的外焰与锅具17充分接触，高效换热，高温烟气从排烟口5排出，进入到烟气换热器、火炕烟道或烟囱排放。

1.一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其包括炉体，所述炉体顶端设置有坐锅口，所述炉体内部下方活动插接有积灰槽，所述积灰槽上方的所述炉体内部设置有放柴炉排，所述炉体上方的一侧侧壁上设有排烟口，其特征在于，所述排烟口下方的所述炉体内部设置有蜂巢助燃器的配氧室，所述配氧室一端进风口与所述蜂巢助燃器的调风器连通，所述调风器设置在所述炉体外部，所述配氧室为中空壳体，所述配氧室的上下壳体上蜂巢式对应排列有多个燃烧孔，每对所述燃烧孔内插接一根燃烧管，所述燃烧管上下端均置于所述配氧室外部，所述燃烧管的管壁上均设置有多个通气孔，所述配氧室与所述放柴炉排之间的所述炉体内部为燃烧室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其特征在于，所述放柴炉排上方的所述燃烧室内设置有放煤炉排，所述放煤炉排将所述燃烧室分为上下设置的燃柴室和燃煤室，所述燃柴室的一侧侧壁上设置有与所述燃柴室连通的加柴口，所述燃煤室的一侧侧壁上设置有与所述燃煤室连通的加煤口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带有蜂巢助燃器的灶台炉，其特征在于，所述配氧室顶部与所述坐锅口上所放置的锅具的底部的距离为5-10cm。
