本实用新型的目的就是提供一种设有多种档位的变速飞轮，以增加自行车的应用功能，满足消费者的需求。
本实用新型的方案是由传动盘、驱动盘组成，其结构特点是在传动盘的中部设有传动盘中心孔，传动盘中心孔的外侧设有两个相对称的内齿槽，内齿槽内设有内棘齿，内齿槽的外侧设有两个相对称的中齿槽，中齿槽内装有中棘齿，中齿槽的外侧设有两个相对称的外齿槽，外齿槽内装有外棘齿，传动盘的右侧设有驱动盘，驱动盘的中部设有驱动盘中心孔，驱动盘中心孔的外侧设有两个相对应的内驱动齿槽，内驱动齿槽的外侧设有两个相对应的中驱动齿槽，中驱动齿槽的外侧设有两个相对应的外驱动齿槽，传动盘的左侧设有外档碗，驱动盘的右侧设有内档碗，内、外档碗的中部设有内螺纹，传动盘与驱动盘的两侧由内外档碗用螺纹安装固定在中轴上，或用轴承及锁片将传动盘与驱动盘安装在中轴上，传动盘的圆周内设有钢珠，驱动盘的圆周上设有飞轮驱动齿。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，仅用一个飞轮即可完成多档快慢高低变速，换档时，只要将脚蹬往后一倒，即可完成高低换档动作，非常灵活，飞轮的外齿槽为低速档，内齿槽为高速档。
