Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种后座椅防下潜车身结构,包括防下潜机构总成和后地板总成,所述防下潜机构总成包括防下潜横梁和分别焊接在该防下潜横梁左右两端的安装支架,防下潜横梁焊接在所述安装支架后端的顶部,所述安装支架通过其底部左右两侧的焊接翻边焊接固定在后地板总成上。本结构能够有效控制碰撞过程中后排乘员的下移和向前移动量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车传动技术领域,具体为一种传动轴用吸振挠性节。
背景技术
根据2015年版《C-NCAP管理规则》,增加了后排假人的评价定量化,即对于碰撞试验中的后排成年假人,依据每个假人的指标给予最高2分的扣分。目前同类车型中后排座椅防下潜主要有三种方式:一是通过地板凹陷的方式;二是通过横梁或支架的方式;三通过总装钢管焊接总成的方式。但是以上三种方式中第一种方式效果不理想,在汽车发生正面碰撞时,后排乘员存在使汽车骨盆变形,导致乘员滑出座椅的现象;第二种方式成本过高或者效果不理想,后排座椅的安全带约束系统对于后排乘客的向前滑动和下移,往往起不到作用,无法降低由此带来的安全隐患;第三种结构较复杂,成本过高。因此如何控制汽车碰撞过程中后排乘员的下移和向前滑动及控制最低的成本,成为当今主流汽车企业首要考虑的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种后座椅防下潜车身结构,以有效控制碰撞过程中后排乘员的下移和向前移动量。
本实用新型所述的后座椅防下潜车身结构,包括防下潜机构总成和后地板总成,所述防下潜机构总成包括防下潜横梁和分别焊接在该防下潜横梁左右两端的安装支架,防下潜横梁焊接在所述安装支架后端的顶部,所述安装支架通过其底部左右两侧的焊接翻边焊接固定在后地板总成上,所述防下潜横梁位于后座椅R点的车长方向的前方175-195mm,所述防下潜横梁位于后座椅R点的车高方向的下方60-80mm。
其中,根据中华人民共和国国家标准《GBT11563-1995汽车H点确定程序》中的规定定义,本实用新型所述的R点为乘坐基准点,即人体躯干与大腿铰接中心位置。
优选的,所述防下潜横梁的两端端头分别比同一侧的后座椅R点在车宽方向上向外超出100mm。
优选的,所述后地板总成包括后地板、后地板前加强梁和后地板前横梁,所述各安装支架通过分别设在其两侧焊接翻边前部、中部和后部的共六个焊点与后地板总成焊接固定,其中位于两侧焊接翻边前部的两个焊点为安装支架与后地板、后地板前加强梁以及后地板前横梁搭接所形成的四层焊点,位于两侧焊接翻边中部和后部的四个焊点为安装支架与后地板焊接而成的两层焊点。
优选的,所述安装支架前低后高,其后端顶部具有用于与防下潜横梁焊接的支撑弧面。
优选的,所述安装支架的前端设有让位缺口,所述让位缺口下方具有一后地板、后地板前加强梁以及后地板前横梁焊接形成的三层焊点。
优选的,在所述安装支架上开设有定位孔。
优选的,所述安装支架的底部具有定位压筋。
本实用新型结构通过优化防下潜机构焊接总成自身结构,调整R点到防下潜横梁三个方向的距离,并通过优化防下潜焊接机构总成与后地板总成的装配搭接关系,达到了使用最低成本来控制碰撞过程中后排乘员的向下向前滑动量。本实用新型实现了在保证车身成本为最低、车身质量最轻、车身承力路径最优、后排乘员舒适性最好的前提下,保证后排乘员在碰撞过程中的人身安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细阐述,以下实施例仅用于解释本实用新型,并不构成对本实用新型保护范围的限定。
实施例一:
如图1至图6所示的后座椅防下潜车身结构,包括防下潜机构总成和后地板总成,所述后地板总成包括后地板7、后地板前加强梁8和后地板前横梁9,所述防下潜机构总成由防下潜横梁1和分别焊接在该防下潜横梁1左右两端的安装支架2组成。
参见图1、图2所述防下潜横梁1采用外径25mm,壁厚0.8mm的钢管。所述安装支架结构简单,自身左右对称,前低后高,以便更好的承力。安装支架材料厚1.0mm,其中间位置开设有定位孔3,用于焊接定位。所述安装支架的前端中间位置设有让位缺口4,所述让位缺口4用于焊接空间避让,从而在让位缺口4下方布置后地板7、后地板前加强梁8以及后地板前横梁9焊接形成的三层焊点11。所述安装支架2的后端顶部具有支撑弧面5,防下潜横梁1的两端分别与对应安装支架的支撑弧面5搭接并焊接固定。所述安装支架2的底部具有定位压筋10,与后地板7配合实现焊接预定位。
参见图6,所述各安装支架通过分别设在其两侧焊接翻边13的前部、中部和后部的共六个焊点与后地板总成焊接固定,其中位于两侧焊接翻边13前部的两个焊点为安装支架与后地板、后地板前加强梁以及后地板前横梁搭接所形成的四层焊点14,位于两侧焊接翻边中部和后部的四个焊点为安装支架与后地板焊接而成的两层焊点12。
参见图4、图5,所述防下潜横梁1位于后座椅R点的车长方向的前方175mm,并位于后座椅R点的车高方向的下方60mm,且防下潜横梁的两端端头分别比同一侧的后座椅R点在车宽方向上向外超出100mm。
经过碰撞模拟验算及实车碰撞试验,上述结构能有效的控制碰撞过程中后排乘员向下和向前滑动量。
实施例二:
在本实施例中,所述防下潜横梁1位于后座椅R点的车长方向的前方195mm,并位于后座椅R点的车高方向的下方80mm,本实施例的其余技术特征与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述。

1.一种后座椅防下潜车身结构,包括防下潜机构总成和后地板总成,其特征在于:所述防下潜机构总成包括防下潜横梁和分别焊接在该防下潜横梁左右两端的安装支架,防下潜横梁焊接在所述安装支架后端的顶部,所述安装支架通过其底部左右两侧的焊接翻边焊接固定在后地板总成上,所述防下潜横梁位于后座椅R点的车长方向的前方175-195mm,所述防下潜横梁位于后座椅R点的车高方向的下方60-80mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后座椅防下潜车身结构,其特征在于:所述防下潜横梁的两端端头分别比同一侧的后座椅R点在车宽方向上向外超出100mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的后座椅防下潜车身结构,其特征在于:所述后地板总成包括后地板、后地板前加强梁和后地板前横梁,所述各安装支架通过分别设在其两侧焊接翻边前部、中部和后部的共六个焊点与后地板总成焊接固定,其中位于两侧焊接翻边前部的两个焊点为安装支架与后地板、后地板前加强梁以及后地板前横梁搭接所形成的四层焊点,位于两侧焊接翻边中部和后部的四个焊点为安装支架与后地板焊接而成的两层焊点。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的后座椅防下潜车身结构,其特征在于:所述安装支架前低后高,其后端顶部具有用于与防下潜横梁焊接的支撑弧面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的后座椅防下潜车身结构,其特征在于:所述安装支架的前端设有让位缺口,所述让位缺口下方具有一后地板、后地板前加强梁以及后地板前横梁焊接形成的三层焊点。
