Abstract

一种使炉膛横截面温度趋于均匀的沸腾锅炉,其受热面由埋管和悬浮段受热管组成。悬浮段受热管采用均匀布置的倾斜双面曝光管,不布置水冷壁受热面,消除了炉膛中央至炉墙之间存在的温度梯度场,使炉膛横截面温度趋于均匀。这样在炉膛有足够高的温度下,使飞灰在炉膛任何一条运动轨迹上都可得到充分燃烧,使飞灰含碳量由20-40%降至5-8%,可节煤10-15%,燃烧效率提高10-15%。

Description

本实用新型是一种使炉膛横截面温度趋于均匀的沸腾锅炉。
沸腾锅炉以能燃烧各种劣质燃料而得到蓬勃发展,但沸腾锅炉的热效率不高,是它进一步广泛发展的障碍,所以当今世界各国都在进行积极的开发研究。根据我们多年的观察与研究,发现锅炉尾部排出的飞灰中,同样粒度的飞灰有的完全燃尽,有的还是原煤状态,有的粗颗粒燃尽了,而有许多细灰反而没有燃尽。分祈其原因,由于沸腾床内受热面一般布置在炉膛周围,形成水冷壁,这样炉膛中央的温度至炉墙有一个明显的温度梯度场,中心温度高,四周温度低,从四周运动上去的煤粒,即使颗粒小,也往往不能燃尽,这是现有沸腾锅炉采用水冷壁受热面所存在的致命的缺点,致使炉膛横截面温度分布不均匀,造成沸腾锅炉的热效率降低。
针对上述不足,本实用新型根据一种使炉膛横截面温度趋于均匀分布的新的布管方案而设计的沸腾锅炉,它可使飞灰含碳量大为降低,热效率显著提高。
根据煤粒充分燃烧的三要素:足够的空气,足够的温度,足够的时间来分析,飞灰能否燃尽与它在炉膛里的运动轨迹及其温度有关。本炉膛横截面温度均布的沸腾锅炉,其受热面由埋管(1)和悬浮段受热管(2)所组成,悬浮段受热管采用均匀布置的倾斜或垂直的双面曝光管。不布置水冷壁受热面,这样消除了炉膛中央至炉墙之间所存在的温度梯度场,使炉膛横截面上温度趋于均匀分布,在炉膛有足够高温度便于飞灰燃尽的同时,使飞灰在炉膛任何一条运动轨迹上运动出炉膛,都可得到同样足够的空气、足够的时间、足够的温度,使飞灰燃尽。
倾斜双面曝光管可向左倾斜布置或向右倾斜布置,也可左右倾斜混合布置。垂直双面曝光管可垂直于炉底布置。
炉膛横截面温度均布的沸腾锅炉,其飞灰含碳量可由原来的20-40%,多者甚至为50%降低至含碳量5-8%,大大提高沸腾锅炉的燃烧效率,可提高10-15%,可节煤10-15%,为沸腾锅炉的发展提供一种新的途径。

1、一种炉膛横截面温度均布的沸腾锅炉,它的受热面由埋管和悬浮段受热管组成,其特征在于悬浮段受热管采用均匀布置的倾斜或垂直的双面曝光管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的沸腾锅炉,其特征在于倾斜双面曝光管可向左倾斜或向右倾斜布置或左右倾斜混合布置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的沸腾锅炉,其特征在于垂直双面曝光管可垂直于炉底布置。
