本实用新型涉及一种燃气式烧毛机火口，用于纺织品表面绒毛的灼烧去除。
背景技术
火口是烧毛机的核心部件，常用的是燃气火口，将燃气燃烧产生的火焰喷射到纺织品表面，从而将纺织品表面的绒毛烧除干净。
但是，限于结构原因，现在的火口都很难调节火焰大小，基本都是以大火状态工作，这样的结果，一是浪费能源，二是对不同的布，烧毛的效果会有差异，因为轻薄和厚重的布料对烧毛的要求是不同的，难以同时兼顾。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种可以在低负荷和高负荷两种状态下都能工作的燃气火口，其在低负荷状态下表现为红外线燃烧模式，火焰温度较低，可以用于轻薄料的烧毛，而在高负荷状态下表现为蓝焰燃烧模式，火焰温度较高，可以用于厚重料的烧毛。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在一根钢管的部分圆周面上钻出孔排，即孔排形成一个扇形面，然后在该扇形面上依次固定多孔板和多孔纤维材料，这就是一个管型燃烧器，其扇形面即是燃烧面，管内流动的燃气和空气的混合气体可以透过孔排、多孔板及多孔纤维材料并在多孔纤维材料的表面燃烧；多孔纤维材料由金属纤维、陶瓷纤维制成。工作时，由于扇形面的温度高，背面的温度低，在热膨胀的作用下，管道会弯曲，为此，将该管型燃烧器焊接在一根开槽的大口径钢管上，开槽钢管和管型燃烧器之间的空间通冷却水，将管型燃烧器本体的热量及时带走，从而减小其热变形。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该燃烧器可以在低负荷和高负荷下工作，并可无级调节和切换火焰的大小，可以适应不同布料的烧毛要求。

具体实施方式
在图1中，在带孔排的钢管(1)上依次固定多孔板(2)和多孔纤维材料(3)，其内部为混合气空间(4)；带孔排的钢管(1)焊接于开槽钢管(5)上，二者之间形成冷却水空间(6)。
在图2中，带孔排的钢管(1)的外表面有多孔纤维材料(3)，此即是燃烧面，同时其一端接混合气接管(7)；开槽钢管(5)上接冷却水管(8)。

1.一种烧毛机火口，在钢管的扇形孔排上固定多孔板和多孔纤维材料，成为带扇形燃烧面的管型燃烧器，并将此管型燃烧器和开槽钢管焊接成一体，二者之间形成冷却水空间，多孔纤维材料由金属纤维、陶瓷纤维制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烧毛机火口，其特征是：钢管开扇形孔排，然后依次固定多孔板和多孔纤维材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烧毛机火口，其特征是：管型燃烧器和开槽钢管焊接成一体，形成冷却水空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烧毛机火口，其特征是：多孔纤维材料由金属纤维、陶瓷纤维制成。
