背景技术
中冷器通常用来降低发动机的进气温度的设备,从而提高涡轮增压发动机的换气效率,防止因空气温度过高导致发动机爆震甚至熄火的现象。冷却方式常见的有空气对流冷却以及水和空气对流两种冷却方式。
当空气进入涡轮增压后,其温度会大幅升高,密度也相应变小,而中冷器正是起到冷却空气的作用,高温空气经过中冷器的冷却,再进入发动机中。现有技术的中冷器通常采用导热性能较好铜制成,或者多种金属混合焊接制成,价格较高,同时金属材料自身的重量也较大。焊接的材料在焊点位置极易受到腐蚀,影响使用寿命。

针对上述问题,本实用新型提供一种新型中冷器出气室,包括上水室、下水室和散热器,上水室上设有冷却液进水口,下水室上设有冷却液出水口,散热器两端分别连接上水室和下水室,散热器的内部有供冷却液流动的通道。将进水和出水分开两端,中间设计大面积的散热面,提高散热效率。
进一步的,所述上水室和下水室上设有固定片,便于中冷器出气室固定安装。将中冷器出气室通过固定片固定,四个固定片能有效防止抖动和爆震影响连接口,延长使用寿命。
进一步的,所述进水口和出水口的位置位于上水室和下水室的中部。能提高液体分流的速度。
进一步的,所述上水室和下水室的本体上分布有格栅加强筋。
进一步的,所述散热器表面为瓦楞状表面。瓦楞状表面将散热面积提高一倍。

所述进水口2和出水口4的位置位于上水室1和下水室3的中部偏下的位置,冷却液流入散热器7后,能迅速分流,均分在散热器内。散热器表面为瓦楞状表面。瓦楞状表面将散热面积提高一倍。
所述上水室1和下水室3为耐热塑料上水室和耐热塑料下水室。所述耐热塑料为聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯和聚碳酸酯中的一种或几种。
