技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机械电气双重回转限位装置，具体适用于混凝土泵车臂架回转机构。
背景技术
混凝土臂架泵车已在世界范围内广泛应用，但回转限位方式比较单一，大部分都是使用电气限位装置，使用编码器接近开关等进行限位，回转角度从360°到720°不等。但编码器接近开关等精密电气元件易出问题，且发生故障后回转无法限位，会导致转塔内臂架油管绞断。
实用新型内容
为了便于电气限位装置维修，和失效后无法限位的问题，本实用新型提供一种回转限位装置，利用现有的限位开关进行电气限位，同时增加机械限位装置，双重限位保证转塔及油管安全。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种回转限位装置，包括回转限位销轴、左回转限位开关、固定塔底座、分配用限位开关、电气限位挡杆、机械限位挡块、限位销轴滑道、右回转限位开关；限位销轴滑道焊接在固定塔底座上，左回转限位开关、分配用限位开关和右回转限位开关通过螺栓固定在固定塔底座上，回转限位销轴在限位销轴滑道中滑动；机械限位挡块焊接在泵车转塔上；电气限位挡杆与机械限位挡块连接。
本实用新型的回转限位装置，电气限位失效后有机械限位装置起作用，防止转塔无限制回转绞断臂架油管。机械限位采用销轴与滑道结合的方式，销轴在滑道内可围绕回转中心进行左右270度范围的转动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的回转限位装置，包括回转限位销轴1、左回转限位开关2、固定塔底座4、分配用限位开关5、电气限位挡杆6、机械限位挡块7、限位销轴滑道8、右回转限位开关10；限位销轴滑道4焊接在固定塔底座4上，左回转限位开关2、分配用限位开关5和右回转限位开关10通过螺栓固定在固定塔底座4上，回转限位销轴1在限位销轴滑道8中滑动；机械限位挡块7焊接在泵车转塔上；电气限位挡杆6与机械限位挡块7连接。
本实用新型的回转限位装置，工作原理如下：分配用限位开关5的作用是给左、右回转限位开关2、10提供发送限位信号的电源。附图中所示位置为转塔起始位置。当转塔向右侧回转时，电气限位挡杆6与机械限位挡块7同时围绕回转中心轴线11向左侧运动，此时分配用限位开关5向左拨动，右回转限位开关10得电，左回转限位开关2。当回转90度后，机械限位挡块7首先碰触回转限位销轴1，推动回转限位销轴1在限位销轴滑道8内运动，电气限位挡杆6碰触左回转限位开关2，由于左回转限位开关2已失电，所以不发送限位信号。当回转继续转动180度后，电气限位挡杆6首先碰触右回转限位开关10，由于右回转限位开关10得电，所以可以向臂架泵车控制器发送电气限位信号，控制器控制臂架阀组卸荷，臂架停止运动，若此时限位开关出现故障无法发送信号，则机械限位挡块7继续推动回转限位销轴1转动，当回转限位销轴1到达右回转极限位置9后，无法继续运动，臂架停止。当转塔由起始位置向左侧运动时，电气限位挡杆6把左回转限位开关2向图中右侧波动，此时右回转限位开关10失电，左回转限位开关2得电，限位方式与右转相同。电气限位装置回转角度为左右270度，机械限位略滞后于电气限位，回转角度为左右275度。每次限位都是电气限位装置首先发送电信号。

1.一种回转限位装置，其特征在于：包括回转限位销轴、左回转限位开关、固定塔底座、分配用限位开关、电气限位挡杆、机械限位挡块、限位销轴滑道、右回转限位开关；限位销轴滑道焊接在固定塔底座上，左回转限位开关、分配用限位开关和右回转限位开关通过螺栓固定在固定塔底座上，回转限位销轴在限位销轴滑道中滑动；机械限位挡块焊接在泵车转塔上；电气限位挡杆与机械限位挡块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回转限位装置，其特征在于：限位装置的回转角度为左右270度。
