本实用新型是采取以下技术方案来实现的：一种单杆式机械手自动生产线，它是由运输支撑主架、Z轴气缸、上料装置以及机械抓手组成，所述运输支撑主架的一侧外侧安装有Z轴气缸，所述运输支撑主架的下部设置有Z轴气缸抓取杆，所述Z轴气缸抓取杆一端连接在Z轴气缸上，所述运输支撑主架的一边外侧安装有两部上料装置，所述运输支撑主架与两部上料装置之间设置有红外线感应检测装置，所述机械抓手安装在运输支撑主架另一侧的内部，所述机械抓手上安装有真空吸盘。
所述运输支撑主架上安装有电磁分离器。

如图1所示，一种单杆式机械手自动生产线，它是由运输支撑主架1、Z轴气缸2、上料装置3以及机械抓手4组成，所述运输支撑主架1的一侧外侧安装有Z轴气缸2，所述运输支撑主架1的下部设置有Z轴气缸抓取杆21，所述Z轴气缸抓取杆21一端连接在Z轴气缸2上，所述运输支撑主架1的一边外侧安装有两部上料装置3，所述运输支撑主架1与两部上料装置3之间设置有红外线感应检测装置23，所述机械抓手4安装在运输支撑主架2另一侧的内部。
具体实施：所述机械抓手4上安装有真空吸盘。
所述运输支撑主架2上安装有电磁分离器5。
整垛物料放置上料装置3上，物料被顶入运输线内经过红外线感应检测装置23检测后由Z轴气缸抓取杆21抓取，再经过电磁分离器5进行分离后由机械抓手4抓取，两部上料装置3轮流上料，整个生产线连续工作，无需停线。
