本实用新型涉及轮胎生产装置领域,详细地讲是一种密炼机上顶栓活塞杆密封装置。
背景技术
众所周知,在轮胎生产过程中,胶料主要是依靠密闭式炼胶机来混炼实现的。目前在整个轮胎行业中存在密炼车间粉尘污染较重的问题。特别是在混炼过程中因密炼机的上顶栓活塞杆等部位密封不好,造成的碳黑泄漏。碳黑粉尘在车间内四处飘飞,使设备、环境、工人受到碳黑的污染,影响车间的环境清洁,增加了工人卫生保洁的劳动强度,影响了工人身体健康和工作积极性。这里以密炼机上顶栓活塞杆部位为例,在混炼过程中,需要上顶栓以16-18MPa的压力间断地强制胶料在混炼室内搅炼,过程中上顶栓需要上下升降活动,陀头与料仓有1mm间隙,导致活塞杆与导套之间部位很难密封住混炼过程中的碳黑,此处泄漏的炭黑由于润滑不到位,造成活塞杆被磨擦拉伤,从而增加了炭黑的泄漏量。
传统的密炼机活塞杆密封形式使用盘根或V型密封圈组,通过剖分式压套定位来压实密封,下部安装刮环。碳黑属于粉粒料,活塞杆的上下活动,在很短时间里就会将盘根或密封圈、刮环摩擦损耗掉,密封处间隙加大后就会泄漏,就需要人为频繁压实密封圈或盘根,更换刮环,人工频繁添加润滑脂,这种结构存在如下缺陷:一是盘根或密封圈、刮环使用寿命短,更换频次多,增加工人劳动强度;二是增加维修费用;三是密封效果差,密封寿命短。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种密炼机上顶栓活塞杆密封装置,可杜绝活塞杆粉尘泄露,持续保持密炼车间环境清洁,降低活塞杆磨损,延长活塞杆的使用寿命。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种密炼机上顶栓活塞杆密封装置,设有活塞杆,活塞杆上套装有剖分式压套,其特征在于,剖分式压套的内腔壁沿圆周加工有油槽,剖分式压套上沿圆周对称位置加工有两个与油槽相连通的油道,剖分式压套下方的活塞杆上套装有密封圈,法兰套筒紧密套装在活塞杆、密封圈及剖分式压套上,法兰套筒下端的活塞杆上套装有刮环。
本实用新型还可通过如下措施来实现:刮环上套装有刮环压板,刮环压板经刮环压板固定螺栓固定在法兰套筒的下端。活塞杆与法兰套筒、密封圈及刮环的内腔壁紧密滑动配合。
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单,可杜绝活塞杆粉尘泄露,持续保持密炼车间环境清洁,降低活塞杆磨损,延长活塞杆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,设有活塞杆12,活塞杆12上套装有剖分式压套5,剖分式压套5的内腔壁沿圆周加工有油槽7,剖分式压套5上沿圆周对称位置加工有两个与油槽7相连通的油道8,剖分式压套5下方的活塞杆12上套装有密封圈4,法兰套筒3紧密套装在活塞杆12、密封圈4及剖分式压套5上,剖分式压套5经压套调整螺栓10固定在法兰套筒3的上端,法兰套筒3下端的活塞杆12上套装有刮环1,刮环1上套装有刮环压板2,刮环压板2经刮环压板固定螺栓11固定在法兰套筒3的下端,法兰套筒3、密封圈4及刮环1的内腔壁与活塞杆12紧密滑动配合,法兰套筒3经法兰套筒固定螺栓9固定在料仓上压盖6上。本实用新型油道8经油管接到油泵上,根据润滑油的消耗量设定加注频率,润滑油经油道8向油槽7内注润滑油,通过圆周注入的润滑油来降低密封圈4和刮环1的磨损,同时又能填补磨损的微小间隙来封堵碳黑粉尘的泄漏。

1.一种密炼机上顶栓活塞杆密封装置,设有活塞杆,活塞杆上套装有剖分式压套,其特征在于:剖分式压套的内腔壁沿圆周加工有油槽,剖分式压套上沿圆周对称位置加工有两个与油槽相连通的油道,剖分式压套下方的活塞杆上套装有密封圈,法兰套筒紧密套装在活塞杆、密封圈及剖分式压套上,法兰套筒下端的活塞杆上套装有刮环。
2.根据权利要求1所述密炼机上顶栓活塞杆密封装置,其特征在于所述的刮环上套装有刮环压板,刮环压板经刮环压板固定螺栓固定在法兰套筒的下端。
3.根据权利要求1所述密炼机上顶栓活塞杆密封装置,其特征在于所述的活塞杆与法兰套筒、密封圈及刮环的内腔壁紧密滑动配合。
