技术领域：本实用新型属抓取机械手领域，具体涉及一种绕线机用线圈末端线头抓取装置。
背景技术：线圈（电机定子用）在绕制成型后，由于线圈的绕制工艺的原因，起始的线头末端在线圈嵌入定子后，会位于线包的内孔，在后续的定子生产过程中线头会与相关模具接触，出现线头受到损伤的情况，导致定子的合格率下降，返修率高，造成了人力和物力的浪费。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的就是提出一种绕线机用线圈末端线头抓取装置，以解决背景技术所存在的损伤线头，定子的合格率下降，返修率高，人力和物力的浪费严重等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种绕线机用线圈末端线头抓取装置，其特征是：在上基板下表面设有绕线杆，绕线杆下端设有中心孔，绕线模托架与绕线模固连，绕线模托架与拢线板固连，拢线板下端侧面设有槽口，上基板下表面一侧还设有连接块，连接块与气缸固连，气缸的活塞杆前端与固定块固连，固定块上设有销轴，销轴外缘设有线钩，固定块上设有挡杆，固定块上设有滑杆，滑杆末端设有限位挡圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用了上述技术方案，绕线杆将线头绕制到拢线板下端侧面的槽口中，气缸活塞杆带动固定块、线钩和滑杆前后运动，带动线钩抓取末端线头，避免嵌线后的线头位于线包的内孔。具有结构可靠、动作灵活的优点。

具体实施方式：参考附图,一种绕线机用线圈末端线头抓取装置，在上基板17下表面设有绕线杆1，绕线杆1下端设有中心孔2，绕线模托架4与绕线模5固连，绕线模托架4与拢线板6固连，拢线板6下端侧面设有槽口7，上基板17下表面一侧还设有连接块16，连接块16与气缸14固连，气缸14的活塞杆11前端与固定块12固连，固定块12上设有销轴10，销轴10外缘设有线钩8，固定块12上设有挡杆9，固定块12上设有滑杆13，滑杆13末端设有限位挡圈15。
工作原理：绕线杆1将线头3绕制到拢线板6下端侧面的槽口7中，气缸14的活塞杆11带动固定块12、线钩8和滑杆13前后运动，带动线钩8抓取末端线头3。
