技术领域
本发明涉及钢材生产设备技术领域,尤其是一种钢卷吊装工具。
背景技术
现有钢卷在吊起时一般是将钢卷筒钢丝绳绑紧,在通过吊车的挂钩钢丝绳将钢卷吊起,这种结构会导致钢丝绳与钢卷边缘摩擦,导致钢卷磨损。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种钢卷吊装工具,通过L形左挂杆和右挂杆弯折处与钢卷边缘配合,将钢卷吊起,避免钢丝绳勒紧钢卷造成的钢卷边缘的磨损。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种钢卷吊装工具,包括吊梁、两根螺纹杆、左挂杆和右挂杆,
所述吊梁为水平放置的筒体,在所述吊梁底端开有沿所述吊梁长度方向延伸的槽口,
两根所述螺纹杆分别从所述吊梁的两个端面插入所述吊梁内部,并分别与两个所述端面螺纹配合,
所述左挂杆和所述右挂杆均为L形杆,所述左挂杆和所述右挂杆的顶端均从所述槽口伸入所述吊梁内部,两根所述螺纹杆伸入所述吊梁的端部分别与所述左挂杆和所述右挂杆的顶端可旋转式配合。
进一步地,两根所述螺纹杆伸出所述吊梁的端部均安装有与所述螺纹杆垂直的旋杆。
进一步地,在所述吊梁顶端中部安装有吊环。
本发明一种钢卷吊装工具,通过L形左挂杆和右挂杆弯折处与钢卷边缘配合,将钢卷吊起,避免钢丝绳勒紧钢卷造成的钢卷边缘的磨损。

两根所述螺纹杆6分别从所述吊梁1的两个端面插入所述吊梁1内部,并分别与两个所述端面螺纹配合,
所述左挂杆5和所述右挂杆4均为L形杆,所述左挂杆5和所述右挂杆4的顶端均从所述槽口3伸入所述吊梁1内部,两根所述螺纹杆6伸入所述吊梁1的端部分别与所述左挂杆5和所述右挂杆4的顶端可旋转式配合。
两根所述螺纹杆6伸出所述吊梁1的端部均安装有与所述螺纹杆6垂直的旋杆7。
在所述吊梁1顶端中部安装有吊环。
使用时,将吊梁1通过吊环安装在吊车上,将钢卷立起放置在左挂杆5和右挂杆4之间,旋转旋杆7,使旋杆7带动左挂杆5和右挂杆4相对吊梁1移动,将钢卷夹住,吊车向上掉吊梁1,进而将钢卷吊起。
本发明一种钢卷吊装工具,通过L形左挂杆和右挂杆弯折处与钢卷边缘配合,将钢卷吊起,避免钢丝绳勒紧钢卷造成的钢卷边缘的磨损。

1.一种钢卷吊装工具,其特征在于,包括吊梁、两根螺纹杆、左挂杆和右挂杆,

两根所述螺纹杆分别从所述吊梁的两个端面插入所述吊梁内部,并分别与两个所述端面螺纹配合,
所述左挂杆和所述右挂杆均为L形杆,所述左挂杆和所述右挂杆的顶端均从所述槽口伸入所述吊梁内部,两根所述螺纹杆伸入所述吊梁的端部分别与所述左挂杆和所述右挂杆的顶端可旋转式配合,
两根所述螺纹杆伸出所述吊梁的端部均安装有与所述螺纹杆垂直的旋杆。
