本实用新型的目的在于提供用于承受到轴向力的支撑型滚轮轴承可正常运转,并有较长使用寿命和免维护功能的防止轴向受力卡死的支撑型滚轮轴承。
本实用新型设有外圈、内圈、滚针和挡圈;所述内圈与外圈相对转动,所述内圈上设有内圈凸缘,挡圈安装在内圈凸缘上,所述外圈设有外圈凸缘,所述外圈凸缘与内圈凸缘不在同一平面并留有间隙。
与现有的滚轮轴承相比,由于本实用新型内圈上设有内圈凸缘,挡圈安装在内圈凸缘上,所述外圈设有外圈凸缘,所述外圈凸缘与内圈凸缘不在同一平面并留有间隙,使得本实用新型即使受到较大的轴向力挤压时,挡圈也不会与外圈摩擦,从而避免了轴承的磨损,让机构可以自由转动、不抱死、免维护,延长机构使用寿命。由此可见,本实用新型有效解决了多角度受力的转动机构不再需要设计特殊机械结构来承受轴向力,满足不同工况要求。
