本实用新型涉及一种经编材料的改进,尤其涉及一种能够防静电的多层经编车用里料。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车的普及,汽车纺织品的改进也在进一步发展,此前的纺织品普遍具有吸湿性很差,易产生静电的问题。为了解决上述问题,现有技术有一种高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维经编车用里料,由里层和外层组成。这种里料虽然很好地解决了吸湿性差的问题,但是对于防止产生静电还有提升的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够防静电的多层经编车用里料,解决现有技术存在的吸湿性很差,易产生静电的问题。
为解决所述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种能够防静电的多层经编车用里料,包括里层和外层,所述里层由两针延展线和两针延展线上的线圈构成,两针延展线显示于里料线圈纵行间隙内侧,横跨两针范围,连接在相邻线圈纵行上的线圈之间;所述外层由反向三针延展线和反向三针延展线上的线圈构成,三针延展线显示于里料使用面上,横跨三针范围,连接在相互之间间隔一线圈纵行的两线圈纵行上的线圈之间;所述外层纵向设有衬线,衬线与三针延展线缠绕贯穿,其特征在于,在所述的外层的表面编织一层防静电层,该防静电层由防静电纤维经编制成。
该车用里料用高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维经编制成;所述高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维为多层结构或皮芯结构。
所述防静电层是由依次在5枚针做两针经平结构成圈而成的线圈和延展线组成,其中延展线方向为连续4次同向。
本实用新型的优点是:在原有外层表面增加一层防静电纤维层,在外层采用PA材料夹层采用高分子PA与海藻素的混合体,利用内层材料的内吸粘附特性利用PA纤维的可纺性和强度好等特点加以整合,使纤维自身具有吸湿性,抑制静电的产生,而不需添加助剂;而且因海藻素具有粘着性和内吸性同时可改善产品的染色和整理,进一步提高了防静电的性能。

如图1-图7所示,一种能够防静电的多层经编车用里料,包括里层6、外层7和防静电层10;所述里层6由两针延展线4和两针延展线4上的线圈3构成,两针延展线4显示于里料线圈3纵行间隙内侧,横跨两针范围,连接在相邻线圈纵行上的线圈之间(如图4所示);所述外层7由反向三针延展线2和反向三针延展线2上的线圈l构成,三针延展线2显示于里料使用面上,横跨三针范围,连接在相互之间间隔一线圈l纵行的两线圈纵行上的线圈l之间(如图3所示);如图2和图5所示,所述外层7纵向设有衬线5,衬线5与三针延展线2缠绕贯穿。所述防静电层(如图6所示)是由依次在5枚针做两针经平结构成圈而成的线圈11和延展线12组成,其中延展线方向为连续4次同向,该车用里料用高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维8经编制成(如图6所示),或采用高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维9经编制成(如图7所示);所述高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维8为多层结构,所述多层结构为3层PA材料层81与2层PA材料与海藻素混合层82间隔设置构成;高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维9为皮芯结构。所述皮芯结构其外层为PA材料层91,芯层为PA材料与海藻素混合层92。

1.一种能够防静电的多层经编车用里料,包括里层和外层,所述里层由两针延展线和两针延展线上的线圈构成,两针延展线显示于里料线圈纵行间隙内侧,横跨两针范围,连接在相邻线圈纵行上的线圈之间;所述外层由反向三针延展线和反向三针延展线上的线圈构成,三针延展线显示于里料使用面上,横跨三针范围,连接在相互之间间隔一线圈纵行的两线圈纵行上的线圈之间;所述外层纵向设有衬线,衬线与三针延展线缠绕贯穿,其特征在于,在所述的外层的表面编织一层防静电层,该防静电层由防静电纤维经编制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能够防静电的多层经编车用里料,其特征在于:该车用里料用高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维经编制成;所述高分子聚酰胺15D功能性纤维为多层结构或皮芯结构。
