本发明公开了一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其结构包括立体织物、主涤纶编织层、涤纶限位层和涤纶织物内腔,所述立体织物的表面设有主涤纶编织层,所述立体织物的外侧设有涤纶限位层,所述涤纶限位层通过主涤纶编织层与立体织物固定连接,所述涤纶限位层的内侧固定设有涤纶织物内腔,该一种涤纶长丝立体织物,可通过在立体织物的侧面设置带有防尘纱网层和粘黏层的涤纶限位层,便于主涤纶编织层、副涤纶编织层的连接,也可对涤纶织物内腔起到密封效果,通过设置带有阻燃丝的主双环形涤纶丝、副双环形涤纶丝,可增加涤纶的整体阻燃效果,也可利用双环形的叠加设计,增加染色效果,立体弹性强、弹力轻松、舒适、悬垂性好,结构简单,易于实现。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涤纶立体织物技术领域,具体为一种涤纶长丝立体织物。
背景技术
涤纶长丝,是用涤纶做成长丝。涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。它是以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(MEG)为原料,经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物——聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。所谓涤纶长丝,是长度为千米以上的丝,长丝卷绕成团,涤纶的用途很广,大量用于制造衣着和工业中制品。阻燃涤纶因具有阻燃性,应用范围很广,除了产业用纺织品、建筑内饰、交通工具内装饰等发挥无可替代的作用外,还在防护服领域内发挥着不少的作用,其中立体织物是由涤纶长丝加工而成的一种产品。
目前涤纶长丝可配合立体织物进行编织使用,但是在实际使用中,涤纶长丝在编织为立体织物过程中,常规的编织方式对于涤纶织物内腔的支撑力较弱,无法保证立体效果的长久性,其次在涤纶使用中存在的易燃及染色性差等缺点,都影响了涤纶的实际使用范围,这些都是实际存在而又急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤纶长丝立体织物,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其结构包括立体织物、主涤纶编织层、涤纶限位层和涤纶织物内腔,所述立体织物的表面设有主涤纶编织层,所述立体织物的外侧设有涤纶限位层,所述涤纶限位层通过主涤纶编织层与立体织物固定连接,所述涤纶限位层的内侧固定设有涤纶织物内腔。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述涤纶织物内腔的内部设有主双环形涤纶丝,所述主双环形涤纶丝的内侧设有阻燃丝,所述阻燃丝通过主双环形涤纶丝与涤纶织物内腔固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述阻燃丝的内侧设有副双环形涤纶丝,所述副双环形涤纶丝通过阻燃丝与主双环形涤纶丝固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述涤纶限位层的表面设有防尘纱网层,所述涤纶限位层的背面设有粘黏层,所述粘黏层通过防尘纱网层与涤纶限位层固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述涤纶限位层的下方设有副涤纶编织层,所述副涤纶编织层通过涤纶限位层与主涤纶编织层固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.该一种涤纶长丝立体织物,可通过在立体织物的侧面设置带有防尘纱网层和粘黏层的涤纶限位层,便于主涤纶编织层、副涤纶编织层的连接,也可对涤纶织物内腔起到密封效果。
2.该一种涤纶长丝立体织物,可通过设置带有阻燃丝的主双环形涤纶丝、副双环形涤纶丝,可增加涤纶的整体阻燃效果,也可利用双环形的叠加设计,增加染色效果,立体弹性强、弹力轻松、舒适、悬垂性好。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其结构包括立体织物1、主涤纶编织层2、涤纶限位层3和涤纶织物内腔6,所述立体织物1的表面设有主涤纶编织层2,所述立体织物1的外侧设有涤纶限位层3,所述涤纶限位层3通过主涤纶编织层2与立体织物1固定连接,所述涤纶限位层3的内侧固定设有涤纶织物内腔6。
所述涤纶织物内腔6的内部设有主双环形涤纶丝7,所述主双环形涤纶丝7的内侧设有阻燃丝8,所述阻燃丝8通过主双环形涤纶丝7与涤纶织物内腔6固定连接,阻燃丝8的设置便于增加涤纶织物内腔6的阻燃效果。
所述阻燃丝8的内侧设有副双环形涤纶丝9,所述副双环形涤纶丝9通过阻燃丝8与主双环形涤纶丝7固定连接,主双环形涤纶丝7、副双环形涤纶丝9的双环形设置增加了涤纶长丝的浓密度,保证柔韧舒适性的同时,便于进行染色。
所述涤纶限位层3的表面设有防尘纱网层4,所述涤纶限位层3的背面设有粘黏层5,所述粘黏层5通过防尘纱网层4与涤纶限位层3固定连接,粘黏层5的设置便于增加防尘纱网层4的粘黏效果。
所述涤纶限位层3的下方设有副涤纶编织层10,所述副涤纶编织层10通过涤纶限位层3与主涤纶编织层2固定连接,副涤纶编织层10的设置便于配合主涤纶编织层2进行增加整体耐磨性。
本发明所述的一种涤纶长丝立体织物,首先可通过在立体织物1的侧面设置带有防尘纱网层4和粘黏层5的涤纶限位层3,便于主涤纶编织层2、副涤纶编织层10的连接,也可对涤纶织物内腔6起到密封效果,其次通过设置带有阻燃丝8的主双环形涤纶丝7、副双环形涤纶丝9,可增加涤纶的整体阻燃效果,也可利用双环形的叠加设计,增加染色效果,立体弹性强、弹力轻松、舒适、悬垂性好,结构简单,易于实现。
本发明的立体织物1、主涤纶编织层2、涤纶限位层3、防尘纱网层4、粘黏层5、涤纶织物内腔6、主双环型涤纶丝7、阻燃丝8、副双环型涤纶丝9、副涤纶编织层10,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是涤纶长丝在编织为立体织物过程中,常规的编织方式对于涤纶织物内腔的支撑力较弱,无法保证立体效果的长久性,其次在涤纶使用中存在的易燃及染色性差等缺点,都影响了涤纶的实际使用范围,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,可通过在立体织物的侧面设置带有防尘纱网层和粘黏层的涤纶限位层,便于主涤纶编织层、副涤纶编织层的连接,也可对涤纶织物内腔起到密封效果,通过设置带有阻燃丝的主双环形涤纶丝、副双环形涤纶丝,可增加涤纶的整体阻燃效果,也可利用双环形的叠加设计,增加染色效果,立体弹性强、弹力轻松、舒适、悬垂性好,结构简单,易于实现。

1.一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其结构包括立体织物(1)、主涤纶编织层(2)、涤纶限位层(3)和涤纶织物内腔(6),其特征在于:所述立体织物(1)的表面设有主涤纶编织层(2),所述立体织物(1)的外侧设有涤纶限位层(3),所述涤纶限位层(3)通过主涤纶编织层(2)与立体织物(1)固定连接,所述涤纶限位层(3)的内侧固定设有涤纶织物内腔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其特征在于:所述涤纶织物内腔(6)的内部设有主双环形涤纶丝(7),所述主双环形涤纶丝(7)的内侧设有阻燃丝(8),所述阻燃丝(8)通过主双环形涤纶丝(7)与涤纶织物内腔(6)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其特征在于:所述阻燃丝(8)的内侧设有副双环形涤纶丝(9),所述副双环形涤纶丝(9)通过阻燃丝(8)与主双环形涤纶丝(7)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶长丝立体织物,其特征在于:所述涤纶限位层(3)的表面设有防尘纱网层(4),所述涤纶限位层(3)的背面设有粘黏层(5),所述粘黏层(5)通过防尘纱网层(4)与涤纶限位层(3)固定连接。
