一种带助燃空气预热系统的燃烧器,本实用新型特征在于,由风机、燃烧头、空气管、及换热器构成;其中换热器套装于燃烧器的燃烧头外,换热器通过进风口与风机相接、通过出口与空气管连接,空气管与燃烧头进风口相连。目前,市场上的燃烧器由于助燃空气没有经过预热系统的预热或预热系统不合理,导致燃烧器的燃烧效率低下,且燃烧器外壁温度高,热量损失大。本实用新型就是使助燃空气在进入燃烧头前在换热器中与燃烧头进行换热,提高助燃空气的温度。本实用新型的有益效果是:预热助燃空气,提高燃烧效率;降低燃烧室壁温,降低回火风险;提高燃料的活化能,有利于燃烧稳定性。

背景技术
助燃空气温度的高低对燃烧速度、着火稳定性的影响很大,提高助燃空气温度,有助于加快燃烧速度、提高燃烧的整体焓值、提高着火稳定性。目前,市场上的燃烧器由于助燃空气没有经过预热系统的预热或预热系统不合理,导致燃烧器的燃烧效率低下,且燃烧器外壁温度高,热量损失大。本实用新型就是使助燃空气在进入燃烧头前在换热器中与燃烧头进行换热,提高助燃空气的温度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的正是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种燃烧效率高、回火风险低、燃烧稳定的带助燃空气预热系统燃烧器。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种带助燃空气预热系统的燃烧器,本实用新型特征在于,由风机、燃烧头、空气管、及换热器构成;其中换热器套装于燃烧器的燃烧头外,换热器通过进风口与风机相接、通过出口与空气管连接,空气管与燃烧头进风口相连。
本实用新型换热器换热形式为采用表面式换热。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、预热助燃空气,提高燃烧效率;
2、降低燃烧室壁温,降低回火风险;
3、提高燃料的活化能,有利于燃烧稳定性。

本实用新型换热器换热形式为采用表面式换热。风机供风流经换热器与燃烧室外壁换热后,经过空气管进入燃烧头。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种带助燃空气预热系统的燃烧器,其特征在于,换热器换热形式为采用表面式换热。
