在传统结构上,各种锅炉、窑炉的炉膛的助燃烧空气都是直接吸收外界的冷风,冷风不利于气化,不利于预混,不利于燃烧,会耗散热能,尤其是使用低热值燃料时,炉温达不到使用要求,达不到节能的效果。

本实用新型实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是:一种节能型炉膛结构,它包括炉膛膛体以及设置在炉膛膛体底板上的炉头,所述炉膛膛体的膛壁为中空式结构,所述炉膛膛体的膛壁中空腔的进风口通过进风管路与风机的出风口连通,所述炉膛膛体的膛壁中空腔的出风口与循环管路的进风口相连通,所述循环管路的出风口穿过设置在炉头下部炉膛膛体的膛壁内腔中的隔套与炉头进风口相连通。
本实用新型所述循环管路的外壁包裹有保温材料层。

如图1所示:本实用新型的一种节能型炉膛结构,它包括炉膛膛体1以及设置在炉膛膛体1底板上的炉头2,所述炉膛膛体1的膛壁为中空式结构,所述炉膛膛体1的膛壁中空腔的进风口通过进风管路3与风机4的出风口连通,所述炉膛膛体1的膛壁中空腔的出风口与循环管路6的进风口相连通,所述循环管路6的出风口穿过设置在炉头下部炉膛膛体1的膛壁内腔中的隔套5与炉头进风口相连通;所述循环管路6的外壁包裹有保温材料层。
其工作过程是:风机抽取外界冷空气通过进风管路进入炉膛膛壁的内腔中,冷空气在炉膛膛壁的内腔中与炉膛的膛壁进行热交换,使得冷空气被加热成具有较高温度的热空气,经过循环管路进入炉头,进而进行充分的燃烧,从而既能达到节能的效果,也可以较好的提高炉膛内的温度。
