背景技术
发电机组是将其他形式的能源转换成电能的机械设备，一般由柴油机、发电机、启动或控制用电瓶、水箱等部件组成，柴油发电机组的应用非常广泛，传统的柴油发电机组油箱一般位于底座上，并与机组底座做成一体式，底部面积较大，在吊装、运输、安装等过程中容易产生震动，引起支撑底座变形，造成焊缝漏油的现象；或由于震动而在油箱中产生大量泡沫，引起柴油机转速不稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种柴油发电机组，工作稳定性强，并具有不需要整体拆卸便可将油箱抽出的特点，大大降低了维护的难度与成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：柴油发电机组，包括支撑底座，设置在支撑底座上的散热水箱、柴油机、发电机和电瓶，以及设置在支撑底座内部的油箱，所述散热水箱通过水管与柴油机的循环水泵连接，电瓶的正负极与柴油机的启动电机电性连接，所述油箱通过油管与柴油机的循环油泵连接，所述发电机通过联轴器与柴油机相连，在支撑底座上设置一腔室，腔室内设置所述油箱，腔室的底端设置有固定导轨，所述油箱的下端设置有与所述固定导轨相配合的凹槽，所述固定导轨的横截面呈∏型状，∏型固定导轨的顶面设有螺栓孔。

下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1所示：柴油发电机组，包括支撑底座10，设置在支撑底座10上的散热水箱1、柴油机2、发电机3和电瓶4，以及设置在支撑底座10内部的油箱7，所述散热水箱1通过水管与柴油机2的循环水泵21连接，电瓶4的正负极与柴油机2的启动电机23电性连接，用于为启动电机23提供电能，所述油箱7通过油管与柴油机的循环油泵24连接，用于为柴油机2提供燃油；柴油机2的飞轮部分与发电机3的联轴器22相连，用于为发电机3提供机械能；在支撑底座10上设置一腔室，腔室内设置所述油箱7，油箱7上设置有进油口5和回油口6，腔室的底端设置有固定导轨8，所述油箱7的下端设置有与所述固定导轨8相配合的凹槽，所述固定导轨8的横截面呈∏型状，∏型固定导轨的顶面设有螺栓孔9，所述油箱7采用抽出式设计，更换维护方便，可以避免机组在吊装、运输、安装等过程中由于震动引起的支撑底座变形，造成焊缝漏油的现象。

1.柴油发电机组，包括支撑底座（10），设置在支撑底座（10）上的散热水箱（1）、柴油机（2）、发电机（3）和电瓶（4），以及设置在支撑底座（10）内部的油箱（7），所述散热水箱（1）通过水管与柴油机（2）的循环水泵（21）连接，电瓶（4）的正负极与柴油机（2）的启动电机（23）电性连接，所述油箱（7）通过油管与柴油机（2）的循环油泵（24）连接，所述发电机（3）通过联轴器（22）与柴油机（2）相连，其特征在于：所述支撑底座（10）上设置一腔室，腔室内设置油箱（7），腔室的底端设置有固定导轨（8），所述油箱（7）的下端设置有与固定导轨（8）相配合的凹槽，所述固定导轨（8）的横截面呈∏型状，∏型固定导轨（8）的顶面设有螺栓孔（9）。
