Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种防摆动搬运吊具，包括导轨、起重装置、铁链和机械手，起重装置安装在导轨上，机械手通过铁链与起重装置连接，起重装置外周固定连接一个固定框架，固定框架的上框架和下框架对应且相同，固定框架的上框架和下框架对应处均匀设置若干限位套筒，若干可伸缩的导向杆上端依次穿过上框架和下框架的限位套筒安装在固定框架上、下端与机械手连接。本实用新型能够有效防止搬运吊具在吊运过程中发生摆动，增加了整体机构的稳定性，有利于工件的输送、定位、升降、抓取等操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种搬运吊具，特别是涉及一种防摆动搬运吊具。
背景技术
在汽车焊装生产线上，各工位之间进行工件搬运时通常需要使用搬运吊具，能够省时省力地对工件进行搬运输送。传统的搬运吊具均为铁链吊挂形式，升降驱动装置与机械抓手之间只存在一根铁链连接，这种结构在吊起工件并行走时难免存在吊具摆动的情况，不仅不易定位，而且增加工人的劳动力以及存在危险性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防摆动搬运吊具，防止吊运过程中搬运吊具产生乱摆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种防摆动搬运吊具，包括导轨、起重装置、铁链和机械手，所述起重装置安装在导轨上，所述机械手通过铁链与起重装置连接，所述起重装置外周固定连接一个固定框架，所述固定框架的上框架和下框架对应且相同，所述固定框架的上框架和下框架对应处均匀设置若干限位套筒，若干可伸缩的导向杆上端依次穿过上框架和下框架的限位套筒安装在固定框架上、下端与机械手连接。
所述起重装置采用电动葫芦。
所述固定框架为长方体框架结构。
所述固定框架两对角处上框架和下框架对应设置限位套筒，所述导向杆相应设置为两根。
有益效果
本实用新型在传统的搬运吊具作出改进，在起重装置外周设置一个上、下对称的固定框架，两者相互固定连接，相对位置不会发生改变。固定框架上、下对应设置若干限位套孔，可伸缩的导向杆穿入上方固定框架的限位套筒中，下端与机械手连接，与整个搬运吊具协同运作，能够有效地对下方的机械手起到限制摆动的作用。

如图1所示的一种防摆动搬运吊具，包括导轨1、起重装置2、铁链5和机械手6。起重装置2安装在导轨1上，起吊方向竖直向下，机械手6通过铁链5与起重装置2连接，构成了传统的搬运吊具。
起重装置2外周固定连接一个固定框架3，固定框架3的上框架和下框架对应且相同，固定框架3的上框架和下框架对应处均匀设置若干限位套筒，若干可伸缩的导向杆4上端依次穿过上框架和下框架的限位套筒安装在固定框架3上、下端与机械手6连接。
以现有的一种防摆动搬运吊具为例，其中固定框架3设置为长方体框架结构，电动葫芦作为起重装置2位于该固定框架3的内部位置，在固定框架3两对角处上框架和下框架对应设置限位套筒，两根导向杆4穿入上方固定框架3的限位套筒中，下方与机械手6连接。
不难看出，导向杆4对机械手6在水平方向上起到了限位的作用，使得整个搬运吊具的运行方向完全按照导向杆4的方向运动，不会再发生升降及行走过程中摆动的状况，使得机构更加平稳。同时，由于位置稳定了，保证了工件的输送、定位、升降、抓取等动作循环顺序的准确性，又提高了生产节奏。

1.一种防摆动搬运吊具，包括导轨(1)、起重装置(2)、铁链(5)和机械手(6)，所述起重装置(2)安装在导轨(1)上，所述机械手(6)通过铁链(5)与起重装置(2)连接，其特征在于：所述起重装置(2)外周固定连接一个固定框架(3)，所述固定框架(3)的上框架和下框架对应且相同，所述固定框架(3)的上框架和下框架对应处均匀设置若干限位套筒，若干可伸缩的导向杆(4)上端依次穿过上框架和下框架的限位套筒安装在固定框架(3)上、下端与机械手(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摆动搬运吊具，其特征在于：所述起重装置(2)采用电动葫芦。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摆动搬运吊具，其特征在于：所述固定框架(3)为长方体框架结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防摆动搬运吊具，其特征在于：所述固定框架(3)两对角处上框架和下框架对应设置限位套筒，所述导向杆(4)相应设置为两根。
