本实用新型属于机械制造领域，具体涉及一种哈夫模。
背景技术
哈夫是英文half的译音，就是一半的意思，就是指模具分成两半拼合的。现有的哈夫模多半都是将两半拼合后，通过牛筋等固定带扎紧固定，然后进行加料挤压成型。这样的做法太多依赖固定带，假如固定带又有破损那么在挤压过程中会严重影响生产，甚至导致加入模具的物料浪费。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种哈夫模。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本实用新型具体是这样来完成的：一种哈夫模，包括上模和下模，上、下模大小相同，可以拼合，所述上模设有带螺纹的圆柱体，上、下模拼合时，下模对应圆柱体处设有通孔，且圆柱体能够插入通孔中。
其中，所述圆柱体的长度大于通孔，当圆柱体插入通孔后，底端用螺母拧紧固定。
其中，所述圆柱体的直径比通孔小0.1～0.5cm。

如图1所示的一种哈夫模，包括上模和下模，上、下模大小相同，可以拼合，所述上模设有带螺纹的圆柱体，上、下模拼合时，下模对应圆柱体处设有通孔，且圆柱体能够插入通孔中，所述圆柱体的长度大于通孔，当圆柱体插入通孔后，底端用螺母拧紧固定，圆柱体的直径比通孔小0.1～0.5cm。

1.一种哈夫模，包括上模和下模，上、下模大小相同，可以拼合，其特征在于，所述上模设有带螺纹的圆柱体，上、下模拼合时，下模对应圆柱体处设有通孔，且圆柱体能够插入通孔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哈夫模，其特征在于，所述圆柱体的长度大于通孔，当圆柱体插入通孔后，底端用螺母拧紧固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的哈夫模，其特征在于，圆柱体的直径比通孔小0.1～0.5cm。
