本实用新型涉及一种连接处的密封，更具体的说是涉及冶金行业烧结带、环冷机烟罩连接处密封的一种膨胀节。
背景技术
钢铁冶金行业，普遍实施的余热发电项目，主要是在带、环冷机高温和次高温段。原先的环、带冷机烟罩之间采用法兰式硬链接，无漏风。但烟罩钢板长期处于高温状态下，这种连接方式会导致烟罩变形乃至损坏，出现漏风现象，降低了环、带冷机的余热收集率。
发明内容
1、要解决的问题
本实用新型的目的在于解决冶金行业烧结环、带冷机烟罩与烟罩连接处的漏风问题，而提供的一种烟罩连接密封装置；通过卡箍型设计，对烟罩三面的连接处进行包箍加固，即能起到密封效果，降低漏风率，提高余热回收效能，又不影响烟罩连接处的伸缩性，延长设备使用寿命。
2、技术方案
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
一种烟罩连接密封装置，其特点是：包括上口小下口大的喇叭状的上烟罩和下烟罩；上烟罩的下口插入下烟罩的上口内，上烟罩的下部位装有上法兰，下烟罩的上口沿装有下法兰，上法兰与下法兰连接在一起，在上下法兰的外侧卡装有截面呈“C”型的环状膨胀节，膨胀节卡在上法兰的上表面和下法兰的下表面之间，膨胀节与上法兰的上表面和下法兰的下表面之间采用断续焊接的方式焊接。

相比于现有技术，本实用新型的有益效果为：
本实用新型适用于环、带冷机烟罩连接处的密封，它独特的设计不仅增加密封的可靠性，同时还不影响连接处的伸缩性。当烟罩因为高温产生变形时，其可以起到一个缓冲受力的作用，降低烟罩变形程度。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看出，本实用新型包括上口小下口大的喇叭状的上烟罩2和下烟罩3；上烟罩2的下口插入下烟罩3的上口内，上烟罩2的下部位装有上法兰4，下烟罩3的上口沿装有下法兰5，上法兰4与下法兰5连接在一起，在上下法兰的外侧卡装有截面呈“C”型的环状膨胀节1，膨胀节卡在上法兰的上表面和下法兰的下表面之间，膨胀节与上法兰的上表面和下法兰的下表面之间采用断续焊接的方式焊接。
此种连接方式使上下两个烟罩间具有伸缩性，即便烟罩钢板长期在高温下，由于受到力的作用也不容易变形，更不会对烟罩整体造成破坏。而卡箍型膨胀节与法兰之间采用断续焊接的方式，对两个法兰间缝隙进行了密封，同时降低了烧结环、带冷机烟罩的漏风率。
