BOPP薄膜铸片激冷装置,包括安装在机架上的激冷辊、除水气刀、冷却气刀和出口导向辊、激冷槽、出口导向辊、除水气刀、冷却气刀、激冷辊压水辊;除水气刀和冷却气刀的进气管上设置有空气过滤器;激冷槽底部设置有电机带动的搅拌叶轮;在激冷槽上端槽壁上开设出水口,在激冷槽槽底开设有进水口,出水口和进水口之间设置有冷凝器和泵体;激冷辊为内部中空结构,在中空结构内部通冷却水。本实用新型设计巧妙能使铸片内侧表面可以充分冷却;通过在铸片上下两侧设置出水气刀,并将气刀进气管上设置过滤器,清洁空气,防止将空气中的脏污吹到铸片上;通过激冷辊压水辊、铸片出料压水辊分别对激冷辊和铸片进行二次清洁除水。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种BOPP薄膜铸片激冷装置,属于BOPP薄膜生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
BOPP薄膜铸片激冷装置是在聚合物熔体离开膜头后,熔体迅速贴附在低温、高光洁度、镀鉻的冷却转鼓表面。由于高温熔体和冷辊能够及时进行热交换,熔体被快速冷却,当熔体脱离冷辊后,就形成了可拉伸的结晶铸片。
现有技术中的激冷装置通过冷却水对铸片进行冷却,冷却过程中,铸片外侧面与冷却水充分接触冷效果好,而接近转鼓表面的铸片内侧面在转鼓转动的过程中冷却效果较差;激冷槽内水温不均,其铸片进料侧的水温远高于铸片出料侧的水温,导致铸片冷却质量参差不齐,不利于产品质量提高。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种BOPP薄膜铸片激冷装置,其目的在于:提高铸片冷却效率,使铸片获得了更加均匀的冷却效果,同时优化除水装置,使激冷辊更加清洁干燥,利于铸片贴膜。

BOPP薄膜铸片激冷装置,包括安装在机架上的激冷辊、除水气刀、冷却气刀和出口导向辊,所述激冷辊底部设置有激冷槽,其特征在于:所述出口导向辊位于激冷辊出料口侧,所述除水气刀设置在出口导向辊上侧,所述冷却气刀位于激冷辊和铸片的后侧方,所述出口导向辊与除水气刀之间还设有与激冷辊相接触的激冷辊压水辊;所述除水气刀和冷却气刀的进气管上设置有空气过滤器;所述激冷槽底部设置有电机带动的搅拌叶轮;在激冷槽上端槽壁上开设出水口,在激冷槽槽底开设有进水口,所述出水口和进水口之间设置有冷凝器和泵体;所述激冷辊为内部中空结构,在中空结构内部通冷却水。
所述压水辊为柱状海绵。
所述出口导向辊出料口处设置有一对铸片出料压水辊。
所述铸片出料压水辊为柱状海绵。
所述进水口在激冷槽槽底设置两处。
所述搅拌叶轮表面均布设置有多个透水孔,减少搅拌阻力,提高搅拌效率。
所述激冷辊内壁表面设有冷凝管道,所述冷凝管道内部通循环冷却水。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型通过在激冷槽内部设置搅拌装置,可以有效平衡槽内水温,将激冷辊设计成中空结构,内部布设冷凝管道并通冷却水,使铸片内侧表面可以充分冷却;通过在铸片上下两侧设置出水气刀,并将气刀进气管上设置过滤器,清洁空气,防止将空气中的脏污吹到铸片上;通过激冷辊压水辊、铸片出料压水辊分别对激冷辊和铸片进行二次清洁除水。

如图1所示的BOPP薄膜铸片激冷装置,包括安装在机架上的激冷辊1、除水气刀3、冷却气刀4和出口导向辊5,所述激冷辊1底部设置有激冷槽2,所述出口导向辊5位于激冷辊1出料口侧,所述除水气刀3设置在出口导向辊5上侧,所述冷却气刀4位于激冷辊1和铸片的后侧方,所述出口导向辊5与除水气刀3之间还设有与激冷辊1相接触的激冷辊压水辊6;所述除水气刀3和冷却气刀4的进气管上设置有空气过滤器7;所述激冷槽2底部设置有电机9带动的搅拌叶轮8;在激冷槽2上端槽壁上开设出水口2-1,在激冷槽2槽底开设有进水口2-2,所述出水口2-1和进水口2-2之间设置有冷凝器10和泵体11;所述激冷辊1为内部中空结构,在中空结构内部通冷却水。
所述压水辊6为柱状海绵。
所述出口导向辊5出料口处设置有一对铸片出料压水辊12。
所述铸片出料压水辊12为柱状海绵。
所述进水口2-2在激冷槽2槽底设置两处。
所述搅拌叶轮8表面均布设置有多个透水孔8-1,减少搅拌阻力,提高搅拌效率。
所述激冷辊1内壁表面设有冷凝管道1-1,所述冷凝管道1-1内部通循环冷却水。
具体工作过程:
铸片经模头流入到激冷辊表面,在激冷辊转动下进行水冷,冷却后两侧出水气刀进行除水,除水后经出口导向辊进行导料,本实用新型通过在激冷槽内部设置搅拌装置,可以有效平衡槽内水温,将激冷辊设计成中空结构,内部布设冷凝管道并通冷却水,使铸片内侧表面可以充分冷却;通过在铸片上下两侧设置出水气刀,并将气刀进气管上设置过滤器,清洁空气,防止将空气中的脏污吹到铸片上;通过激冷辊压水辊、铸片出料压水辊分别对激冷辊和铸片进行二次清洁除水。
