为了解决现有技术的游乐观览车存在的转弯时轮胎打滑,影响运行效果,轮胎容易磨损的问题,本实用新型提供游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,结构简单、防滑效果好、轮胎磨损小、运行成本低。
本实用新型为实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,包括电机、车轮、轮轴以及链传动装置。车轮和轮轴之间通过轴承连接,轴承优选两个。链传动装置包括链轮和链条,主动链轮安装在电机的输出轴上,从动链轮通过轴承固定在轮轴上,通过链条传递动力。本实用新型提供的游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,还包括靠近一侧车轮的套筒,套筒套接在轮轴上,两端设置有凸缘,靠近车轮一端的凸缘通过螺栓固定在车轮上,另一端的凸缘通过螺栓与传动装置的从动链轮固定。
一种游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,进一步的,车轮外侧设置有紧固螺栓,通过紧固螺栓,实现车轮、套筒和轮轴的紧固。轮轴上进一步套接有中空筒状隔套,隔套设置于两个相邻的轴承之间,两侧分别抵靠在相邻的轴承上。

参见图1,图2,本实用新型提供一种游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,包括电机5、车轮1、轮轴4以及链传动装置3。车轮1和轮轴4之间通过轴承6连接,轴6承数量优选两个;链传动装置3包括链轮和链条,主动链轮安装在电机5的输出轴上,从动链轮套接在轮轴4上,通过链条传递动力。本实用新型提供的游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,还包括靠近一侧车轮1的套筒2,套筒2套接在轮轴4上,两端设置有凸缘,靠近车轮1一端的凸缘通过螺栓固定在车轮1上,另一端的凸缘通过螺栓与传动装置6的从动链轮固定。通过上述方案,将套筒2和从动链轮以及车轮1连接为一体,可以在电机5带动下,实现同步转动。运行时,由电机5提供动力,通过链轮传动,带动从动链轮、套筒2和车轮1同步转动,实现游乐观览车的单侧驱动。
作为一种优选的方案,本实用新型提供的游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,进一步设置有紧固螺栓7,通过紧固螺栓7,实现车轮1、套筒2和轮轴4的紧固。轮轴4上进一步套接有中空筒状隔套8,隔套8设置于两个相邻的轴承6之间,两侧分别抵靠在相邻的轴承6上。隔套8的设置可以起到精确定位的作用。

1.一种游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,其特征在于:所述游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置包括电机(5)、车轮(1)、轮轴(4)以及链传动装置(3),所述链传动装置(3)包括主动链轮、从动链轮和链条,主动链轮固定在电机(5)的输出轴上,所述轮轴(4)与车轮(1)通过轴承(6)连接,所述游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置还包括靠近一侧车轮(1)的套筒(2),所述套筒(2)套接在轮轴(4)上,套筒(2)两端设置有凸缘,靠近车轮(1)一端的凸缘通过螺栓固定在车轮(1)上,另一端的凸缘通过螺栓与链传动装置(3)的从动链轮固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,其特征在于:所述车轮(1)外侧设置有紧固螺栓(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种游乐观览车的单侧驱动装置,其特征在于:所述轮轴(4)上套接有中空筒状隔套(8),所述隔套(8)设置于两个相邻的轴承(6)之间,隔套(8)两侧分别抵靠相邻的轴承(6)内侧。
