本实用新型涉及流体阀门领域，具体是一种防火球阀。
背景技术
球阀在流体控制中广泛应用，在流体控制应用中，球阀在管道中主要用于开启、关闭、分配流体介质的流动、改变流体介质的流动方向和流速等作用，一般包括阀体、阀芯、手柄和与手柄连接用来控制阀芯转动的阀杆，阀体内设置有贯穿阀体两端的通路以及与通路垂直连接的通孔，阀芯设置与通路内，阀杆穿过通孔与阀芯配合连接，阀芯具有横截面为圆形的通道。转动手柄带动阀杆转动，阀芯通路与阀体通道连通时，球阀打开，阀芯通路与阀体通道不连通时，球阀关闭。在现有的球阀中，其多采用氟橡胶材料做密封，但当温度较高时易变软态或永久性变形，无法再起到密封作用，在一些高危工况的使用中易发生燃火、爆炸等危险。

本实用新型旨在提供一种防火球阀，以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种防火球阀，其特征在于：包括阀体、阀盖、设置在阀体内的球体；所述球体与阀盖之间设置有金属阀座，金属阀座内圆周开有环槽，环槽内设置有软密封阀座，软密封阀座通过撑环抵死在环槽内且有一端与球体接触；金属阀座外圆周与阀盖之间还设置有防火阀座，金属阀座端面与阀盖之间设置有弹簧座，防火阀座抵在弹簧座上。
进一步地，所述阀盖上开设有弹簧孔，弹簧孔内设置有复位弹簧，复位弹簧一端紧抵在弹簧座上。
进一步地，所述金属阀座靠近球体的端面设置有锥形密封面，锥形密封面与球体贴合形成金属硬密封。
进一步地，所述阀盖通过螺杆与阀体拼装成一个整体。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型采用密封防火防高温设计，保证在高温环境中密封不失效，保护高危化工品或有毒有害物质不会产生泄露。且本实用新型的采用的软硬双密封设计，软密封阀座通过固定在硬密封阀座的环槽内，易更换安装。

下面结合附图与具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示，一种防火球阀，包括阀体1、阀盖3、设置在阀体1内的球体2；所述球体2与阀盖3之间设置有金属阀座4，金属阀座4靠近球体2的端面设置有锥形密封面，锥形密封面与球体2贴合形成金属硬密封。所述阀盖3通过螺杆与阀体1拼装成一个整体。金属阀座4内圆周开有环槽，环槽内设置有软密封阀座8，软密封阀座8通过撑环9抵死在环槽内且有一端与球体2接触；金属阀座4外圆周与阀盖3之间还设置有防火阀座5，金属阀座4端面与阀盖3之间设置有弹簧座7，防火阀座5抵在弹簧座7上。所述阀盖3上开设有弹簧孔，弹簧孔内设置有复位弹簧6，复位弹簧6一端紧抵在弹簧座7上。
在使用前，将球体2置于阀体1内，并将两个阀盖3分别置于阀体1两端，通过螺杆进行拼装，使其成为一个整体的阀。采用的软硬双密封设计，金属阀座4与球体2之间形成金属硬密封，软密封阀座8通过固定在硬密封阀座的环槽内，且与球体2之间形成软密封，同时具备有软硬双重密封，再在硬密封阀座的外圆周设置防火阀座5，防火阀座5采用304加石墨制成的柔石，其具有良好的防高温特性，对高温工况提供多重保护，避免发生泄露。

1.一种防火球阀，其特征在于：包括阀体、阀盖、设置在阀体内的球体；所述球体与阀盖之间设置有金属阀座，金属阀座内圆周开有环槽，环槽内设置有软密封阀座，软密封阀座通过撑环抵死在环槽内且有一端与球体接触；金属阀座外圆周与阀盖之间还设置有防火阀座，金属阀座端面与阀盖之间设置有弹簧座，防火阀座抵在弹簧座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火球阀，其特征在于：所述阀盖上开设有弹簧孔，弹簧孔内设置有复位弹簧，复位弹簧一端紧抵在弹簧座上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火球阀，其特征在于：所述金属阀座靠近球体的端面设置有锥形密封面，锥形密封面与球体贴合形成金属硬密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火球阀，其特征在于：所述阀盖通过螺杆与阀体拼装成一个整体。
