背景技术
球阀在流体控制中广泛应用，在流体控制应用中，球阀在管道中主要用于开启、关闭、分配流体介质的流动、改变流体介质的流动方向和流速等作用，一般包括阀体、阀芯、手柄和与手柄连接用来控制阀芯转动的阀杆，阀体内设置有贯穿阀体两端的通路以及与通路垂直连接的通孔，阀芯设置与通路内，阀杆穿过通孔与阀芯配合连接，阀芯具有横截面为圆形的通道。转动手柄带动阀杆转动，阀芯通路与阀体通道连通时，球阀打开，阀芯通路与阀体通道不连通时，球阀关闭。但在一些温差较大的环境中，特别是昼夜或者冬夏温差较大的环境中，由于管线的热胀冷缩，固定形式管线容易产生破裂现象，发生泄露。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种自动补偿法兰球阀，通过活动式法兰对接管线，使管线在热胀冷缩时，能够自动补偿，以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种自动补偿法兰球阀，其特征在于：包括阀体、左右阀盖、设置在阀体内的球体；所述左右阀盖通过螺杆连接到阀体，左右阀盖端口处连接有可活动法兰盘；所述法兰盘端面上开有多个对接孔，法兰与阀盖接触面设置有多个密封圈。
进一步地，所述球体与左右阀盖之间均设置有阀座支承圈，阀座支承圈上通过螺钉连接有阀座压环，阀座压环一面贴紧阀座支承圈，阀座压环与阀座支承圈之间形成有夹缝，夹缝内设置有阀座。
进一步地，阀座与球体的密封面填充有润滑油脂，并在阀座支承圈内设置有油脂补充通道。
进一步地，阀盖上开有连通到阀座支承圈的油脂补充通道的油脂添加孔，并设置有密封堵头。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型在两端的阀盖出设置可活动的对接法兰盘，通过对接法兰盘再连接有管路，在夏季或者白天等温度较高的环境中，管路会发生热胀，当管线过长时，每段的管线热胀量进行堆积，会产生较大的位移，推动法兰盘向球体移动，来释放挤压力；反之，在冬季或者晚上温度较低时，管线拉动法兰盘收缩，释放拉力；能有效避免管线破损。

如图1所示，一种自动补偿法兰球阀，其特征在于：包括阀体、左右阀盖5、设置在阀体内的球体1；所述左右阀盖5通过螺杆连接到阀体，左右阀盖5端口处连接有法兰盘6；所述法兰盘6端面上开有多个对接孔，法兰与阀盖5接触面设置有多个密封圈。所述球体1与左右阀盖5之间均设置有阀座支承圈4，阀座支承圈4上通过螺钉2连接有阀座压环，阀座压环一面贴紧阀座支承圈4，阀座压环与阀座支承圈4之间形成有夹缝，夹缝内设置有阀座3。阀座3与球体1的密封面填充有润滑油脂，并在阀座支承圈4内设置有油脂补充通道。阀盖5上开有连通到阀座支承圈4的油脂补充通道的油脂添加孔，并设置有密封堵头。
在使用时，本实用新型在两端的阀盖5出设置可活动的对接法兰盘6，通过对接法兰盘6再连接有管路，在夏季或者白天等温度较高的环境中，管路会发生热胀，当管线过长时，每段的管线热胀量进行堆积，会产生较大的位移，推动法兰盘6向球体1移动，来释放挤压力；反之，在冬季或者晚上温度较低时，管线拉动法兰盘6收缩，释放拉力；能有效避免管线破损。

3.根据权利要求2所述的自动补偿法兰球阀，其特征在于：阀座与球体的密封面填充有润滑油脂，并在阀座支承圈内设置有油脂补充通道。
