本实用新型涉及饲料生产设备技术领域，具体涉及一种饲料冷却器。
背景技术
在饲料加工制粒工段的饲料冷却时由于高温热料在下降过程中如果不能均匀分布在冷却器内，就会造成高温热料在通过逆风冷却时风量不能均匀穿透过高温热料，从而造成对饲料粒的冷却不均匀，使得饲料容易发霉而影响产品质量；现有技术中的饲料冷却器一般需要通过匀堆装置匀堆后才能保证其冷却均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工的高温热料能均匀地分散到冷却器内均匀地冷却的饲料冷却装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种饲料冷却器，包括壳体、设置在所述壳体顶部的进料口、设置在所述壳体底部的集料仓，其特征在于：在所述壳体内上部设置有集料冷却室、所述壳体内下部设置有分料冷却室，所述集料冷却室包括集料漏斗和外冷却层，所述集料漏斗上端面与所述进料口连接、其下端面延伸至所述壳体中间位置，在所述集料漏斗下端面设置有封板，所述集料漏斗和封板组成所述冷却外层的内壁，所述壳体与所述外冷却层的内壁间充满冷气形成外冷却层，在所述外冷却层的上部设置有出气管、下部设置有进气管；所述分料冷却室包括分料冷却管，所述分料冷却管为圆锥体结构、上端面与所述集料漏斗的下端面平齐，所述分料冷却管上端设置有出气管、下端设置有进气管。
本实用新型的有益效果是：高温热料自所述进料口进入集料冷却室进行初步冷却，后进入分料冷却室，高温热料在分料冷却管的作用下均匀分散开来，在所述分料冷却管和所述外冷却层的作用下使高温热料在下落过程中均匀降温。
该装置结构简单、成本低，但工作可靠、操作性较好、能较好地避免高温热料因冷却不均匀而造成的饲料霉变。

如图1所示，本实用新型的优选实施例：一种饲料冷却器，包括壳体1、设置在所述壳体1顶部的进料口2、设置在所述壳体1底部的集料仓3，在所述壳体1内上部设置有集料冷却室4、所述壳体1内下部设置有分料冷却室5，所述集料冷却室4包括集料漏斗41和外冷却层42，所述集料漏斗41上端面与所述进料口2连接、其下端面延伸至所述壳体1中间位置，在所述集料漏斗41下端面设置有封板43，所述集料漏斗41和封板43组成所述冷却外层42的内壁，所述壳体1与所述外冷却层42的内壁间充满冷气形成外冷却层42，在所述外冷却层42的上部设置有出气管44、下部设置有进气管45；所述分料冷却室5包括分料冷却管51，所述分料冷却管51为圆锥体结构、上端面与所述集料漏斗41的下端面平齐，所述分料冷却管51上端设置有出气管52、下端设置有进气管53。

1.一种饲料冷却器，包括壳体、设置在所述壳体顶部的进料口、设置在所述壳体底部的集料仓，其特征在于：在所述壳体内上部设置有集料冷却室、所述壳体内下部设置有分料冷却室，所述集料冷却室包括集料漏斗和外冷却层，所述集料漏斗上端面与所述进料口连接、其下端面延伸至所述壳体中间位置，在所述集料漏斗下端面设置有封板，所述集料漏斗和封板组成所述冷却外层的内壁，所述壳体与所述外冷却层的内壁间充满冷气形成外冷却层，在所述外冷却层的上部设置有出气管、下部设置有进气管；所述分料冷却室包括分料冷却管，所述分料冷却管为圆锥体结构、上端面与所述集料漏斗的下端面平齐，所述分料冷却管上端设置有出气管、下端设置有进气管。
