Abstract

EP1254326B1公开了一种根据前序所述的用于商用车的分动器,其中,驱动轴和第一从动轴同轴设置,并且第二从动轴与驱动轴相距设置,并且差速器与驱动轴同轴设置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种用于商用车的分动器,其中,驱动轴和第一从动轴彼此同轴设置,并且第二从动轴与驱动轴相距设置,并且差速器与驱动轴同轴设置并且分动器具有辅助从动机构,其中,分动器在其结构长度上需实施得非常短并且辅助从动机构在车辆停止时必须是可运转的。
所述目的通过一种分动器得以实现,所述分动器具有可绕旋转轴线旋转地设置的驱动轴和可绕旋转轴线旋转地设置的第一从动轴以及可绕旋转轴线旋转地设置的第二从动轴,其中,所述第一从动轴的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴的旋转轴线同轴设置,所述第二从动轴的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴的旋转轴线相距设置,并且所述分动器具有差速器,在所述差速器中所述差速器的输入轴的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴的旋转轴线同轴设置,并且所述分动器具有差速锁,通过所述差速锁能够锁止所述差速器的补偿功能,其特征在于,可旋转地设置的辅助从动轴的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴的旋转轴线相距设置并与所述第二从动轴的旋转轴线相距设置,其中,所述辅助从动轴与所述驱动轴处于全时的作用连接并且所述第一从动轴能够与所述差速器分离。
依据本实用新型,分动器具有驱动轴和第一从动轴以及第二从动轴,其中,第二从动轴与驱动轴相距设置,第一从动轴与驱动轴同轴设置。差速器与驱动轴同轴设置,并且辅助驱动机构与驱动轴处于全时的作用连接。
为使辅助驱动在车辆停止时可以运转,第一从动轴或第二从动轴可与差速器分离,由此差速器的两个从动轴在分动器的驱动轴转动的情况下静止。
附加地,也存在通过离合器接入辅助驱动机构的从动法兰或与其分离的可能性。
差速器被实施为行星齿轮传动机构。但也存在着使用其他差速器,例如像锥齿轮差速器的可能性。在实施为行星齿轮传动机构的差速器中,内齿圈通过切换装置与第一从动轴作用连接,并且行星齿轮架与驱动轴连接并形成差速器内的输入轴。行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮通过第一圆柱齿轮传动机构与第二从动轴作用连接,并且辅助驱动机构通过行星齿轮架被驱动。
在本实用新型的一种实施方式中,差速锁设置在分动器内并在锁止状态下将行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮与行星齿轮架连接。
差速锁设置在驱动轴的驱动法兰与连接至第二从动轴的第一圆柱齿轮传动机构之间。
通过依据本实用新型的特征提供一种分动器,其具有可锁止的差速器和辅助驱动机构,该辅助驱动机构在停驶时也可以良好的效率运转,而在此不会增大分动器的安装长度,以至于其不能在商用车上使用。
根据本实用新型的一种优选实施方式,差速锁设置在驱动轴的法兰与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构之间,其中,第一圆柱齿轮传动机构将差速器与第二从动轴传动连接。
根据本实用新型的一种优选实施方式,差速器为行星齿轮传动机构或为锥齿轮差速器。优选地,行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构作用连接,行星齿轮传动机构的内齿圈能够与第一从动轴连接并且行星齿轮架与驱动轴处于全时的作用连接。进一步优选地,辅助从动轴通过第二圆柱齿轮传动机构与行星齿轮架处于全时的作用连接。
根据本实用新型的一种优选实施方式,驱动轴能够通过差速锁与差速器的从动轴连接。
根据本实用新型的一种优选实施方式,差速器的从动轴能够通过切换装置与第一从动轴连接。
根据本实用新型的一种优选实施方式,差速锁设置在将所述差速器与第二从动轴传动连接的第一圆柱齿轮传动机构与第二圆柱齿轮传动机构之间。

驱动轴1通过输入轴7驱动构造为行星齿轮传动机构8的差速器的行星齿轮架9。行星齿轮架9通过第二圆柱齿轮传动机构2与辅助从动机构的辅助从动轴3连接。行星齿轮传动机构8的内齿圈10通过切换装置4可与第一从动轴11连接。在第一位置5上内齿圈10与第一从动轴11脱离,在第二切换位置6上内齿圈10与第一从动轴11不可相对旋转地连接。太阳轮12通过第一圆柱齿轮传动机构13与第二从动轴14作用连接。行星齿轮15与内齿圈10和太阳轮12作用连接。通过差速锁16,在接通差速锁的情况下太阳轮12与行星齿轮架9不可相对旋转地连接并且在断开差速锁16的情况下太阳轮12可相对于行星齿轮架9旋转。如果切换装置4处于其第一切换位置5上且驱动轴1被驱动,那么第一从动轴11静止并且因为内齿圈10可以自由旋转所以太阳轮12且因此第二从动轴14也静止,尽管行星齿轮架9且因此辅助从动轴3转动,换句话说,那么行星齿轮架9且因此辅助从动轴3旋转,因为第一从动轴11静止且因此内齿圈10可以自由旋转以及第二从动轴14也静止。在停止时对于旋转的辅助从动机构运转的条件是,从动轴14静止且因此太阳轮12静止并且内齿圈10可以自由旋转。

Claims (8)
1.分动器,所述分动器具有可绕旋转轴线旋转地设置的驱动轴(1)和可绕旋转轴线旋转地设置的第一从动轴(11)以及可绕旋转轴线旋转地设置的第二从动轴(14),其中,所述第一从动轴(11)的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴(1)的旋转轴线同轴设置,所述第二从动轴(14)的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴(1)的旋转轴线相距设置,并且所述分动器具有差速器(8),在所述差速器中所述差速器(8)的输入轴(7)的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴(1)的旋转轴线同轴设置,并且所述分动器具有差速锁(16),通过所述差速锁能够锁止所述差速器(8)的补偿功能,其特征在于,可旋转地设置的辅助从动轴(3)的旋转轴线与所述驱动轴(1)的旋转轴线相距设置并与所述第二从动轴(14)的旋转轴线相距设置,其中,所述辅助从动轴(3)与所述驱动轴(1)处于全时的作用连接并且所述第一从动轴(11)能够与所述差速器(8)分离。
2.按照权利要求1所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述差速锁(16)设置在所述驱动轴(1)的法兰与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(13)之间,其中,所述第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(13)将所述差速器(8)与所述第二从动轴(14)传动连接。
3.按照权利要求1所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述差速器(8)为行星齿轮传动机构或为锥齿轮差速器。
4.按照权利要求3所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮传动机构(8)的太阳轮(12)与第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(13)作用连接,所述行星齿轮传动机构(8)的内齿圈(10)能够与所述第一从动轴(11)连接并且行星齿轮架(9)与所述驱动轴(1)处于全时的作用连接。
5.按照权利要求4所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述辅助从动轴(3)通过第二圆柱齿轮传动机构(2)与所述行星齿轮架(9)处于全时的作用连接。
6.按照权利要求1所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(1)能够通过所述差速锁(16)与所述差速器(8)的从动轴连接。
7.按照权利要求1所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述差速器(8)的从动轴能够通过切换装置(4)与所述第一从动轴(11)连接。
8.按照权利要求1所述的分动器,其特征在于,所述差速锁(16)设置在将所述差速器(8)与所述第二从动轴(14)传动连接的第一圆柱齿轮传动机构(13)与第二圆柱齿轮传动机构(2)之间。
