本实用新型属于环保设备技术领域，涉及一种废气脱硫装置的改进。
背景技术
目前，在燃煤过程中产生的废气排放，要进行脱硫处理，以达到环保要求，而现在的脱硫设备中脱硫塔均为直筒型（如图1所示），烟气进入脱硫塔后分布不均匀，流速不稳定，影响脱硫效率。同时，排烟口均为塔体侧壁出口，烟气中含水率高，冷凝后PH值在2.5-4.0之间，与灰尘混合后容易引起下游设备的垢污沉积和腐蚀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种炉窑湿法烟气脱硫用锥形脱硫塔，它可有效提高脱硫效率，降低排放烟气含水率。
本实用新型的技术方案是：脱硫塔外形成正锥形，以2°—5°倾角范围内向上端逐步收缩，烟气排烟口在脱硫塔上盖处。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
（1）低压降，脱硫塔压降由1200Pa降为1000Pa；
（2）高流速，烟气流速适用范围扩大为3.2m/s—4.8m/s；
（3）高SO2脱除率，脱硫效率可提高至92%—95%；
（4）高“液滴”分离率，有效避免下游设备垢污沉积和腐蚀；

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
如图所示，1是脱硫塔体、2是烟气排放口。
将脱硫塔体由直筒型改为正锥形，脱硫塔底部直径加大后，向上端以2°—5°范围内逐步减小，有利于提高脱硫效率2%—5%，同时降低了制造成本，增加了市场竞争力。
烟气排烟口由塔体侧壁出口改为塔顶上盖出口，可提高“液滴”分离率，即降低了烟气含水率，有效避免下游设备垢污沉积和腐蚀。
