本实用新型属于环保设备技术领域,涉及一种废气脱硫装置的改进。
背景技术
目前,在燃煤过程中产生的废气排放,要进行脱硫处理,以达到环保要求,而现在的脱硫设备中脱硫塔均为直筒型(如图1所示),烟气进入脱硫塔后分布不均匀,流速不稳定,影响脱硫效率。同时,排烟口均为塔体侧壁出口,烟气中含水率高,冷凝后PH值在2.5-4.0之间,与灰尘混合后容易引起下游设备的垢污沉积和腐蚀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种炉窑湿法烟气脱硫用锥形脱硫塔,它可有效提高脱硫效率,降低排放烟气含水率。
本实用新型的技术方案是:脱硫塔外形成正锥形,以2°—5°倾角范围内向上端逐步收缩,烟气排烟口在脱硫塔上盖处。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)低压降,脱硫塔压降由1200Pa降为1000Pa;
(2)高流速,烟气流速适用范围扩大为3.2m/s—4.8m/s;
(3)高SO2脱除率,脱硫效率可提高至92%—95%;
(4)高“液滴”分离率,有效避免下游设备垢污沉积和腐蚀;
(5)降低成本,降低脱硫塔总重,减少防腐和保温面积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图所示,1是脱硫塔体、2是烟气排放口。
将脱硫塔体由直筒型改为正锥形,脱硫塔底部直径加大后,向上端以2°—5°范围内逐步减小,有利于提高脱硫效率2%—5%,同时降低了制造成本,增加了市场竞争力。
烟气排烟口由塔体侧壁出口改为塔顶上盖出口,可提高“液滴”分离率,即降低了烟气含水率,有效避免下游设备垢污沉积和腐蚀。
