Abstract
本发明提供了一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,包括脱销装置和脱硫装置,所述脱销装置包括SCR反应器、入气口、氨气罐、增压泵、出气口,废气入气口设置在SCR反应器表面上端的一侧,氨气入气口C设置在SCR反应器表面上端的另一侧,空气入气口设置在SCR反应器的下端的一侧,在SCR反应器的一侧安装有氨气罐,出气口安装在SCR反应器下端的另一侧,所述脱硫装置包括吸收塔、水箱、入气口、消石灰仓、残渣仓、出气口、烟囱,在吸收塔的一侧设置有水箱,在吸收塔的下端一侧设置有入气口,在吸收塔的另一侧安装有残渣仓,在残渣仓的侧面安装有消石灰仓,通过以上元器件的配合使用能够有效的清除废气中的硫和硝并且同时将废气里的灰尘清除掉。

技术领域:
本发明涉及空气处理领域,尤其涉及一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置。
背景技术:
空气,我们每天都呼吸着的生命气体,它分层覆盖在地球表面,透明且无色无味,它主要由氮气和氧气组成,对人类的生存和生产有重要影响空气中的氧气对于所有需氧生物来说是必须的,所有动物需要呼吸氧气。此外植物利用空气中的二氧化碳进行光合作用,二氧化碳是近乎所有植物的唯一的碳的来源。
空气是多种气体的混合物。它的恒定组成部分为氧气、氮气、氩气和氖气等稀有气体,可变组成部分为二氧化碳和水蒸气,它们在空气中的含量随地理位置和温度不同在很小限度的范围内会微有变动。至于空气中的不定组成部分,则随不同地区变化而有不同,例如,靠近冶金工厂的地方会含有二氧化硫,靠近氯碱工厂的地方会含有氯等等。此外空气中还有微量的氢气、臭氧、氧化二氮、甲烷以及或多或少的尘埃。
在现代工业生产中,通常会使用锅炉烧煤产生能量,但是烧煤的同时会对大气中排出含硫含硝的有害气体,为此我们在排除废气时一定要把空气里的硫和硝清除掉。
发明内容:
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种能够同时清除废气中的硫和硝的技术方案:
一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,包括脱销装置和脱硫装置,所述脱销装置包括SCR反应器、入气口、氨气罐、增压泵、出气口,所述SCR反应器为圆柱体反应器,所述入气口分为废气入气口、空气入气口和氨气入气口C,废气入气口设置在SCR反应器表面上端的一侧,氨气入气口C设置在SCR反应器表面上端的另一侧,空气入气口设置在SCR反应器的下端的一侧,在SCR反应器的一侧安装有氨气罐,在氨气罐的一侧安装有增压泵,氨气罐通过输气管和SCR反应器相连,出气口安装在SCR反应器下端的另一侧,所述脱硫装置包括吸收塔、水箱、入气口、消石灰仓、残渣仓、出气口、烟囱,所述吸收塔为上细下宽圆柱形吸收塔,在吸收塔的一侧设置有水箱,在吸收塔的下端一侧设置有入气口,在吸收塔的另一侧安装有残渣仓,残渣仓通过连接管同吸收塔的底部相连,在残渣仓的侧面安装有消石灰仓,消石灰仓通过连接管同吸收塔的一侧下端相连,所述出气口设置在吸收塔的上端,出气口通过连接管同烟囱相连,出气口通过连接管同入气口相连。
作为优选,废气入气口安装有预除尘器。
作为优选,空气入气口安装有空气预热器。
作为优选,出气口和入气口之间安装有电除尘器。
作为优选,出气口同烟囱之间安装有引风机。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明通过脱销装置、脱硫装置、除尘器的配合使用能够有效的清除废气中的硫和硝并且同时将废气里的灰尘清除掉。
(2)在本发明中废气入气口安装有预除尘器,能够将废气里的灰尘尽可能的清除掉,保证发明能够常久使用不易损坏。
(3)在本发明中空气入气口安装有空气预热器,保证SCR反应器内注入的氨气能够充分的与废气里的硝产生化学反应,保证了发明使用的可靠性。
(4)本发明出气口和入气口之间安装有电除尘器,进一步保证发明净化空气的效果。
(5)发明中出气口同烟囱之间安装有引风机,保证发明工作时空气的有效的流动,并且通过控制引风机可以改变废气流通处理的速度。

具体实施方式:
为使本发明的发明目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
如图1~图2所示,本发明提供一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,包括脱销装置1和脱硫装置2,所述脱销装置1包括SCR反应器1a、入气口1b、氨气罐1c、增压泵1d、出气口1e,所述SCR反应器1a为圆柱体反应器,所述入气口1b分为废气入气口1b1、空气入气口1b2和氨气入气口C1b3,废气入气口1b1设置在SCR反应器1a表面上端的一侧,氨气入气口C1b3设置在SCR反应器1a表面上端的另一侧,空气入气口1b2设置在SCR反应器1a的下端的一侧,在SCR反应器1a的一侧安装有氨气罐1c,在氨气罐1c的一侧安装有增压泵1d,氨气罐1c通过输气管和SCR反应器1a相连,出气口1e安装在SCR反应器1a下端的另一侧,所述脱硫装置2包括吸收塔2a、水箱2b、入气口2c、消石灰仓2d、残渣仓2e、出气口2f、烟囱2g,所述吸收塔2a为上细下宽圆柱形吸收塔,在吸收塔2a的一侧设置有水箱2b,在吸收塔2a的下端一侧设置有入气口2c,在吸收塔2a的另一侧安装有残渣仓2e,残渣仓2e通过连接管同吸收塔2a的底部相连,在残渣仓2e的侧面安装有消石灰仓2d,消石灰仓2d通过连接管同吸收塔2a的一侧下端相连,所述出气口2f设置在吸收塔2a的上端,出气口2f通过连接管同烟囱2g相连,出气口1e通过连接管同入气口2c相连。
如上所示,发明中废气入气口1b1安装有预除尘器1f,能够将废气里的灰尘尽可能的清除掉,保证发明能够常久使用不易损坏。
并且,发明中空气入气口1b2安装有空气预热器1g,保证SCR反应器1a内注入的氨气能够充分的与废气里的硝产生化学反应,保证了发明使用的可靠性。
而且,发明中出气口1e和入气口2c之间安装有电除尘器1h,进一步保证发明净化空气的效果。
最后,发明中出气口2f同烟囱2g之间安装有引风机2h,保证发明工作时空气的有效的流动,并且通过控制引风机2h可以改变废气流通处理的速度。

Claims (5)
1.一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,其特征在于:包括脱销装置(1)和脱硫装置(2),所述脱销装置(1)包括SCR反应器(1a)、入气口(1b)、氨气罐(1c)、增压泵(1d)、出气口(1e),所述SCR反应器(1a)为圆柱体反应器,所述入气口(1b)分为废气入气口(1b1)、空气入气口(1b2)和氨气入气口C(1b3),废气入气口(1b1)设置在SCR反应器(1a)表面上端的一侧,氨气入气口C(1b3)设置在SCR反应器(1a)表面上端的另一侧,空气入气口(1b2)设置在SCR反应器(1a)的下端的一侧,在SCR反应器(1a)的一侧安装有氨气罐(1c),在氨气罐(1c)的一侧安装有增压泵(1d),氨气罐(1c)通过输气管和SCR反应器(1a)相连,出气口(1e)安装在SCR反应器(1a)下端的另一侧,所述脱硫装置(2)包括吸收塔(2a)、水箱(2b)、入气口(2c)、消石灰仓(2d)、残渣仓(2e)、出气口(2f)、烟囱(2g),所述吸收塔(2a)为上细下宽圆柱形吸收塔,在吸收塔(2a)的一侧设置有水箱(2b),在吸收塔(2a)的下端一侧设置有入气口(2c),在吸收塔(2a)的另一侧安装有残渣仓(2e),残渣仓(2e)通过连接管同吸收塔(2a)的底部相连,在残渣仓(2e)的侧面安装有消石灰仓(2d),消石灰仓(2d)通过连接管同吸收塔(2a)的一侧下端相连,所述出气口(2f)设置在吸收塔(2a)的上端,出气口(2f)通过连接管同烟囱(2g)相连,出气口(1e)通过连接管同入气口(2c)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,其特征在于:所述废气入气口(1b1)安装有预除尘器(1f)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,其特征在于:所述空气入气口(1b2)安装有空气预热器(1g)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,其特征在于:所述出气口(1e)和入气口(2c)之间安装有电除尘器(1h)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温脱硫脱硝一体化装置,其特征在于:所述出气口(2f)同烟囱(2g)之间安装有引风机(2h)。
