[0002] 由于人们对工业高度发达的负面影响预料不够,预防不利,导致了全球性的三大危机:资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏。环境污染指自然的或人为的向环境中添加某种物质而超过环境的自净能力而产生危害的行为。由于人为因素使环境的构成或状态发生变化,环境素质下降,从而扰乱和破坏了生态系统和人类的正常生产和生活条件的现象。
[0003] 环境污染中的空气污染,是指空气中污染物的浓度达到或超过了有害程度,导致破坏生态系统和人类的正常生存和发展,对人和生物造成危害。这是最为直接与严重的了,主要来自工厂、汽车、发电厂等放出的一氧化碳和硫化氢等,每天都有人因接触了这些污浊空气而染上呼吸器官或视觉器官的疾病。
[0004] 环境污染会给生态系统造成直接的破坏和影响,比如:沙漠化、森林破坏,也会给人类社会造成间接的危害,有时这种间接的环境效应的危害比当时造成的直接危害更大,也更难消除。
[0005] 当前,造成大气污染的主要是工厂锅炉排放废气、汽车尾气的废烟。
[0006] 锅炉排放废气时主要是通过烟囱来排放。所以,烟囱是最古老、最重要的防污染装置之一。也是锅炉、炉灶上必不可少的排烟装置。目前,工业上用于电厂发电、工业锅炉热能燃烧等都是主要以煤炭为燃料。工业锅炉燃煤产生的主要大气污染物是粉尘和二氧化硫,此外还有氮氧化物、一氧化物、二氧化物和少量的氟氯化物及氯氧化物。这些污染物严重影响了人们的身体健康,而且对畜牧业、农业、林业、渔业、水体、建筑物以及一些城市设施等也产生了诸多不利的影响,而二氧化硫的副产物酸雨更是对上述的危害更大,特别是对生态环境。
[0007] 二氧化硫(化学式:S02)是最常见的硫氧化物。其不但是造成空气污染的主要物质之一,而且对人体健康危害很大。劣质煤含硫量最高,硫随着煤炭的燃烧后生成的二氧化硫也就是造成大气污染的主要物质之一。目前,很多企业为了降低生产成本,大多是使用许多含硫量较高的劣质煤、煤矸石。针对二氧化硫的危害,在各个领域上控制硫的产生,是一件刻不容缓的大事。我国已将二氧化硫列为一种主要的法规控制空气污染物,并将大气中二氧化硫的浓度水平作为评价空气质量的一项重要指标。
[0008] 随着国家对环境治理力度的不断加大,对锅炉脱硫除尘器的要求也随之提高,尤其在锅炉的烟尘排放浓度及二氧化硫的排放浓度上。这对脱硫除尘器的除尘脱硫一体化和除尘脱硫效率的要求越来越高。目前,国内对锅炉烟气进行脱硫除尘的方式主要为干法和湿法两种。
[0009] 湿法脱硫除尘器是利用同一装置或系统同时脱除烟气中S02和烟尘,脱硫是指应用液体吸收剂(如水和碱性溶液等),洗涤含二氧化硫烟气脱除烟气中的二氧化硫。它集脱硫除尘为一体,具有结构简单、占地面积小、投资省和脱硫效率高的优点,它的缺点也是显而易见的,如易造成二次污染,存在废水处理问题,易产生“白烟”,易结垢从而导致堵塞严重等。湿法烟气脱硫除尘器按照烟气与洗涤液的接触方式可分为:喷淋式,水膜式,冲击式,旋流板式,填料塔式,流化床式等。从材质上分可分为麻石,玻璃钢,不锈钢等。
[0010] 干法烟气脱硫除尘是指先用除尘器除尘,后应用干粉状或粒状吸收剂、吸附剂或催化剂来处理含二氧化硫烟气。此法的优点是工艺过程简单、无二次污染、能耗低,有利于烟囱排气的扩散,腐蚀性小;缺点是脱硫效率较低,设备投资和占地面积大,技术要求高等。
[0011] 我国是煤炭大国,占据了国内的主要燃料市场,随着对于能源的需求越来越多,因此产生的有毒有害气体将会严重影响人类和生态环境的生存,而目前所采用的干法脱硫除尘技术由于脱硫、除尘效率低往往达不到国家“锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB13271-2001)的要求,且一般湿法脱硫除尘效果虽好,但工艺设备结构复杂,用水量大,难以摆脱产生二次污染的问题。因此,研究开发构造简单,操作简单安全、一次性投资少,占地面积小,能有效治理锅炉废气排放的烟囱装置意义十分重大。

[0099] 将本实用新型的排气管道一⑴前端及设置在冷却水箱⑵外的管道连接到锅炉。锅炉运行时,同时启动水栗(6)和真气栗(12)同时运行,所排的气体首先是通过排气管道一(I)继续往外排,经过冷却水箱(2)时,经过冷水冷却把气体的温度降低下来,然后再由风机⑶提高气体压力并排送到烟囱一(4),水栗(6)将水抽送到水管一(21)再经过喷头(22)使水形成迷雾状,并把排到烟囱一(4)中的烟尘中其固体物及有害物质全部转化成为液态状,液态状从烟囱一(4)的烟尘回收箱(20)底部所设有的排水口一(25)中流道回收水箱(5)的污水储箱(27)中,污水经过的过滤网(26)转到净水储箱(28)中变为干净的水,再由水栗(6)把这些水抽到烟囱一(4)内不间断的循环把烟尘中其固体物及有害物质全部转化成为液态状,回收水箱(5)的污水储箱(27)中的污泥从污水储箱(27)底部所设有的排水口二(31)中排出箱外。经过去除固体物及有害物质的气体继续从排气通道二
