本实用新型涉及一种石油工业中对原油、水、天然气等各类介质加热的整体式撬装加热炉。包括锅壳、工质换热器、一级换热器、二级换热器,锅壳由上、下两个半圆壳体通过连接板构成,上半圆壳体内腔大于下半圆壳体内腔,上半圆壳体内置工质换热器,下半圆壳体内置燃烧器、炉胆、烟管、烟箱;一级换热器和二级换热器紧邻锅壳安装,且与锅壳、烟囱、风机整体安装在一个撬座上。本实用新型充分利用加热炉结构空间,巧妙地将冷凝设备与加热炉本体集成安装,结构紧凑,减少了占地面积,可以实现工厂化预制,降低安装费用,缩短现场安装周期。

背景技术
目前,石油行业的油气集输领域普遍使用加热炉对原油、水、天然气等各类介质加热,以满足油气集输工艺的需要。大多数加热炉以天然气为燃料,一年四季都在运行,是油田生产中的主要耗能设备。为提高加热炉的热效率,现有加热炉结构为在原有设备附近增加一套冷凝设备,冷凝设备与锅炉加热系统分体式安装,增大了设备的占地面积,连接管线较长,现场施工工作量大。

本实用新型旨在解决上述加热炉占地面积大的问题,而提供一种整体式撬装加热炉。

一种整体式撬装加热炉,包括锅壳、工质换热器、一级换热器、二级换热器,锅壳由上、下两个半圆壳体通过连接板构成,上半圆壳体内腔大于下半圆壳体内腔,上半圆壳体内置工质换热器,下半圆壳体内置燃烧器、炉胆、烟管、烟箱;一级换热器和二级换热器紧邻锅壳安装,且与锅壳、烟囱、风机整体安装在一个撬座上。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
该撬装设备结构充分利用加热炉结构空间,巧妙地将冷凝设备与加热炉本体集成安装,结构紧凑,减少了占地面积,可以实现工厂化预制,降低安装费用,缩短现场安装周期。
