本实用新型涉及一种送料装置，具体涉及用在机器人机械加工中的一种物料自动运输装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，都是通过人工放料置指定位置，机器人抓取，加工完成后机器人将产品放置指定位置，再由人工取料后在垛料区进行垛料，这样存在许多问题，一是人力劳动强度大，效率低；二是人工收料后进行垛料，容易造成工件磕伤，影响工件质量，但是采用机器人在指定位置直接抓取产品后在垛料区垛料，会增加机器人的工作量，影响机器人工作效率。
发明内容
对于上述问题，本实用新型提出一种物料自动运输装置。
这种物料自动运输装置，包括机架，其特征在于，机架分为上料区和垛料区；上料区和垛料区之间有上料架和下料架；机架旁有水平运输台；水平运输台中有安装有动力机构；水平运输台的导向槽中安装有升降台；升降台的导轨上安装有吸料装置支撑架；吸料装置支撑架前端安装有吸料装置。
吸料装置为电磁式，吸料装置中安装有弹簧，在吸取工件时起缓冲作用。
在使用时，在上料区，吸料装置支撑架下降，吸料装置通电产生磁力吸取工件，吸料装置支撑架上升，升降台在水平运输台上水平运动至上料架旁，吸料装置断电磁力消失放下工件至上料架上，工件等待机器手取走，升降台在水平运输台上水平运动至下料架旁，吸料装置通电产生磁力吸取机器手放下的加工后工件，升降台在水平运输台上水平运动至垛料区，吸料装置支撑架下降，吸料装置断电将加工后工件放下垛堆。
本实用新型有益效果是：自动运输料件，有效节省机器人抓取转运时间；有效避免人工收料、跺料过程中的磕碰伤；节省了生产成本，提高了产品质量。
