背景技术
[0002] 随着我国经济的发展,我国对能源的需求与消耗大幅度地增加,大量的化石燃料在燃烧过程中释放出S02、N0x、粉尘等污染物带来严重的环境问题,也促进了燃料,特别是煤的洁净燃烧技术的研究与发展,其中燃煤二氧化硫和氮氧化物排放控制技术是近些年来国际上研究的热点课题。目前,用于燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫、脱硝和烟气除尘等工艺和设备绝大多数还是独立开发的,形成各自的技术体系和工艺流程,为实现对脱硫、脱硝的各自要求,需要建设多套装置,工艺复杂、投资较大。
[0003]目前脱硫脱硝技术都是集中在一个塔内进行,烟气脱硝技术主要有SCR(选择性催化还原)和SNCR(选择性非催化还原),皆是利用氨作还原剂,还原的产物是氮气。其中SCR法脱硝效率高,但其工艺和设备系统较复杂,催化剂昂贵、耗量大,装置运行成本高;SNCR法工艺和设备系统较简单,装置运行成本不高,但脱硝率不能保证。烟气脱硫较多采用的是石灰石-石膏法,这种脱硫方法投资较大,要消耗大量的石灰石资源,且产生脱硫废水和副产大量石膏,副产价值不高。随着氨法脱硫技术的广泛应用,氨法脱硫的优势日益显现。氨法脱硫在脱硫的同时可副产硫酸铵化肥等有价值产品,且不产生任何的二次污染,属于绿色清洁完全资源化的脱硫技术。但其脱硝能力并不高。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种锅炉烟气一体化分布式脱硫脱硝装置,采用除尘-脱硫-氧化-脱硝的方法进行烟气处理,在提高其脱硫脱硝效率的同时,降低装置的运行成本。
[0005] 本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种锅炉烟气一体化分布式脱硫脱硝装置,所述装置包括除尘器、脱硫塔、氧化塔、脱硝塔和浆液池,由锅炉产生的烟气在引风机的作用下经过除尘器,除尘后的原烟气由脱硫塔下部侧面进入塔内脱硫,浆液池中的NaOH溶液通过循环栗送至脱硫塔内部设置的两层喷淋层,脱硫塔底部与含有吸收剂溶液的浆液池相连,在所述浆液池的出口处设置有用于将废液排放的外排栗,在脱硫塔内喷淋层上方设置有除雾器,经过除雾器后的烟气进入氧化塔上方,在氧化塔内部设置有一层喷淋层,浆液池中的氧化剂溶液通过循环栗送至氧化塔内部的喷淋层,氧化塔底部与含有氧化剂溶液的浆液池相连,在氧化塔的下方侧面开设有与脱硝塔下部相连的烟道,在烟道内设置有丝网除沫器,在脱硝塔内设置有上、中、下三层喷淋层,上、下两层喷淋层通过循环栗与含有吸收剂溶液的浆液池相连,中间的喷淋层通过计量栗与H2O2溶液罐相连,脱硝后的烟气经过喷淋层上方的丝网除沫器后由烟囱排出。
[0006] 所述脱硫塔内为空塔结构,材质为碳钢衬中温玻璃鳞片,塔内设置有两层喷淋层,喷淋层采用玻璃钢管和空心喷嘴,采用的气液接触方式为逆向喷淋的方式。
[0007] 为了完全适应烟气温度的变化,在脱硫塔入口前设置预冷却装置,确保烟气进入吸收塔的温度小于120°C。

[0009] 本实用新型先脱硫避免氧化剂把SO32氧化为SO 42,脱硫后氧化不被脱硝剂吸收的NO,氧化为N02。氧化后再吸收,3个分子NO2吸收后会生成一个分子的NO,因此再一次氧化、吸收,达到达标排放的目的。本实用新型采用合适的氧化剂在合适的时机氧化,节约氧化剂,可以通过二次氧化剂喷入的量控制氮氧化物出口浓度,3次喷碱吸收也能减低302的排放浓度,因此能适应不同工况、不同污染物浓度,在提高其脱硫脱硝效率的同时,降低装置的运行成本。

[0013] 如图1所示,本实施例中的一种锅炉烟气一体化分布式脱硫脱硝装置,采用除尘-脱硫-氧化-脱硝的路线,包括布袋除尘器1、脱硫塔2、氧化塔3和脱硝塔4,除尘采用的是布袋除尘器1,由锅炉产生的烟气在引风机5的作用下经过布袋除尘器1,除尘后的原烟气由脱硫塔2下部侧面进入塔内脱硫,脱硫塔2采用填料塔的方式,吸收剂为氢氧化钠稀溶液;然后进入氧化塔3进行一次氧化吸收,一部分NO氧化为NO2,氧化塔3内采用顺喷的方式,一次氧化后的烟气随后进入脱硝塔4进行二次吸收氧化,大部分NO氧化为NO2并吸收,采用填料塔的方式。一次氧化氧化剂为NaC1,二次氧化氧化剂为H202。
[0014] 本方案中脱硫采用的方法是NaOH碱液吸收法,氢氧化钠稀溶液作为吸收剂与烟气中的SO2反应,采用的气液接触方式为逆向喷淋的方式,即烟气经过除尘器I后通过引风机5由脱硫塔底部进入,塔下方浆池内的氢氧化钠浆液通过循环栗6输送至上部喷嘴喷淋,喷淋液由上方喷落与烟气两者形成逆向对冲,可以提高烟气与喷淋液的接触面积和接触时间,从而提高脱硫效率,浆池内浆液是含5-20%质量百分比氢氧化钠配置而成,浆液与烟气发生强烈掺混和传质作用,达到去除SO2的效果,净化后的烟气,经除雾器7除雾后进入氧化塔2 ο脱硫塔内为空塔结构,材质为碳钢衬中温玻璃鳞片,两层喷淋层。喷淋层采用玻璃钢管+空心喷嘴,防止腐烂及堵塞,对整个塔体有效横截面(烟气分布横截面)进行充分合理地覆盖,气液接触面积与接触几率大,有效提高脱硫效率,达到最好的气液接触和洗涤效率,从而实现最高的脱硫效率。喷淋液落入塔底之后流入反应池中,通过PH值控制加碱量及外排废水量,废液通过外排栗8排出,外部的NaOH加碱箱9通过计量栗10控制加入到浆液池11内。生成的副产物为.503、他肥03溶液,通过pH调节后达标排放。为了完全适应烟气温度的变化,在脱硫塔入口前设置预冷却装置,确保烟气进入吸收塔的温度小于120°C。脱硫原理如下:

[0018] (2)脱硫效率高。脱硫率高达96%以上,脱硫后的烟气不但二氧化硫浓度很低,而且烟气含尘量也大大减少。
[0019] (3)技术成熟,运行可靠性高。国外的石灰石一石膏法脱硫装置投运率一般达98%以上,由于其发展历史长、技术成熟、运行经验多,因此不会因脱硫设备而影响烧结工序正常运行,能够保障脱硫装置年运行时间。
[0020] (4)系统适性强,完全适烟气流量及SO2含量的变化。吸收塔喷淋层采用单元制设计,均设置专用栗,可根据烟气实际状况调整喷淋层的开闭,在最低的能耗下达到设计脱硫效率。为了完全适烟气温度的变化,在脱硫塔入口前设置预冷却装置,确保烟气进入吸收塔的温度小于120°C。

[0031] 本方案中氧化工艺如下:烟气从顶部进入氧化塔,采用顺喷的方式,NaClO溶液为氧化剂,通过循环栗将池内的NaClO溶液输送至上部喷淋喷嘴,烟气与NaClO溶液顺向接触,反应后反应液落入池底,反应器侧面开烟道12,烟气与反应液到池底后因为烟气转向而分离,经过侧面烟道口的丝网除沫器13进行深度分离。通过反应液的pH值控制加药量,通过入口 NO的累积量控制外排废水,外部的NaClO加碱箱15通过计量栗10控制加入到浆液池11内。烟气经过氧化后进入脱氮塔。浆池内的溶液是含5-20%质量百分比次氯酸钠配置而成,浆液与烟气发生强烈掺混和传质作用,达到氧化NO的效果,经氧化后的烟气,经过丝网除沫器后进入脱氮塔。氧化原理:

[0040] 本工艺的脱硝工艺采用的是NaOH稀溶液作为吸收剂,勵2为酸性氧化物,极易被碱液吸收。烟气从氧化塔侧面下方的烟道进入脱硝塔下部,塔内有3层喷淋,第一层NaOH浆液通过循环栗输送到底部喷嘴喷淋,第二层喷淋是外接H2O2溶液罐14喷淋,第三层NaOH浆液通过循环栗输送至上层喷嘴喷淋,三层喷嘴间距较远,达到先吸收后氧化再吸收的过程,净化后的烟气,经除沫器除雾后由烟囱排放。采用的是空塔喷淋的方式,下部一层喷淋。因为3个分子的NO2有一个分子转化为NO,因此本工艺采用的是两次氧化的方式,底下一层喷淋后面喷H2O2溶液,进行二次氧化,再进行第二次NaOH溶液喷淋。可以根据出口氮氧化物浓度调节喷H2O2的量。生产副产物NaNO3,可以直接外排。烟气洗涤干净后经过丝网除沫器除水,最后烟囱直排大气。
