在对孔径较大的管材或条形厚金属板进行分段切割的操作过程中，管材或条形金属板的一端在工作台上，另一端用支撑架托起。传统的托起装置为辊轮架，由于滚轮架较高，将孔径较大的管材或条形厚金属板搬到滚轮架上面较困难，并且滚轮架笨重，移动不便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轻便灵活，移动方便，可以调节高度的双轴升降式小托车。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种双轴升降式小托车，包括车架、轨道轮、液缸和升降台，车架的下端四角处各设有一个轨道轮，车架的上下两端分别焊接一长方形金属板，在顶部的金属板上设有两个轴孔。在底部的金属板上面设有两个液缸，液缸的活塞杆穿过轴孔焊接在升降台的底面上，带动升降台上下运动，便于调节升降台的位置。
