原来，接箍加工成品后，喷漆生产作业时会产生刺激性等有害气体，由于没有吸收处置技术，对大自然生态与厂区环境都会造成空气污染之危害。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有节能环保的接箍自动喷漆机，它克服了目前技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由接箍自动喷漆机、色环喷漆机、接箍喷漆机供漆系统、色环喷漆机供漆、输送线、烘房防尘罩、水帘喷漆柜七大部分连接而成，在烘房的一侧有接箍自动喷漆机，在烘房的另一侧有色环喷漆机；在接箍自动喷漆机上安装着喷枪两只；在色环喷漆机上安装着画线喷枪两只；在烘房内安装着传动装置，在传动装置上安装着转具，转具的顶端穿插着接箍；在烘房的中间房顶安装着排风管；水帘喷漆柜与烘房连接，在水帘喷漆柜上有喷台，水帘喷漆柜的一端上部安装着排风管道；水帘喷漆柜的顶端有上水箱，其底部有下水箱，水帘喷漆柜的中间安装着水帘板。
本实用新型的应用方法是：首先将接箍穿插在转具上，在传动装置的带动下，接箍随之移动，同时转具带着接箍自转，当接箍运至接箍自动喷漆机处，接箍自动喷漆机的两只喷枪将漆喷到接箍上，当喷漆后的接箍运至色环喷漆机处，色环喷漆机上的两只画线喷枪对准接箍进行画色环即可；喷漆和色环之后的接箍随着传动装置继续转动，烘房内的高温将接箍上的漆烘干即可；烘房内的高温气体随着排气管道进入水帘喷漆柜，在水帘喷漆柜内，利用水泵把水抽至上水箱，并顺着水帘板往下流，形成水幕，把喷到水幕上的油漆粒子冲洗下来，并通过清洗喷咀把油漆粒子冲洗至下水箱。它是利用水的“皮膜”效应与滞性使油漆和水混合而使油漆与空气脱离达到净化环境确保健康的目的。
本实用新型的意义是：本装置由于采用水帘喷漆柜，利用水的“皮膜”效应与滞性使油漆和水混合而使油漆与空气脱离达到净化环境确保健康的目的；由于喷漆和画色环在一条传动线上，并且又是位于烘房内，自动化程度高。

实施例1、本实用新型是由接箍自动喷漆机1、色环喷漆机2、烘房3、排气管4、传动装置5、转具6、接箍7连接而成，在烘房3的一侧有接箍自动喷漆机1，在烘房3的另一侧有色环喷漆机2；在接箍自动喷漆机1上安装着喷枪两只；在色环喷漆机2上安装着画线喷枪两只。

1.接箍自动喷漆机，是由接箍自动喷漆机（1）、色环喷漆机（2）、烘房(3)、排气管(4)、传动装置（5）、转具（6）、接箍（7）连接而成，其特征是：在烘房（3）的一侧有接箍自动喷漆机（1），在烘房（3）的另一侧有色环喷漆机（2）；在接箍自动喷漆机1上安装着喷枪两只；在色环喷漆机2上安装着画线喷枪两只。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接箍自动喷漆机，其特征是：在烘房（3）内安装着传动装置（5），在传动装置（5）上安装着转具（6），转具（6）的顶端穿插着接箍（7）；在烘房（3）的中间房顶安装着排气管（4）。
