本实用新型涉及保温管道技术领域，具体涉及一种预制直埋聚氨酯保温管。
背景技术
随着城市供热系统、市政建设和石油化工等领域的飞速发展，保温管得到了广泛的应用。目前市场上流行的保温管的结构是这样的：内层为工作钢管，中层为聚氨酯保温层，外层为高密度聚乙烯外护管。虽然这种保温管的保温效果不错，但是这种保温管也存在一定的缺点：(1)由于受到结构和保温材料的局限，这种保温管长期最高使用温度一直局限在120度以下，而目前在实际应用中，多数为超高温使用，一般都在130-150度之间使用，经常出现聚氨酯保温层因高温而碳化的现象，影响保温效果和使用寿命；(2)聚氨酯泡沫层与工作钢管之间也会存有水汽，这样容易造成水汽对工作钢管外表面的侵蚀，缩短工作钢管的使用寿命；(3)工作钢管长期处于高温液体当中，容易被腐蚀氧化，内表面生锈，造成保温管的使用寿命大大缩短。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种预制直埋聚氨酯保温管，它有效解决了保温管抗腐蚀、隔热的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种预制直埋聚氨酯保温管，包括工作钢管，工作钢管的内表面涂覆有防腐涂层，工作钢管的外表面涂覆有隔热防腐涂层，隔热防腐涂层的外面包裹有聚氨酯保温层，聚氨酯保温层的外面包裹有高密度聚乙烯外护管。
实施本实用新型的技术方案，具有以下有益效果：本实用新型由于在钢管与聚氨酯保温层之间增设了隔热涂层，提高了保温、防腐蚀的性能，在超高温的使用条件下，可延长保温管的使用寿命；另外在工作钢管的内表面涂覆防腐涂层，避免钢管被腐蚀，延长钢管的使用寿命。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种预制直埋聚氨酯保温管，包括工作钢管4，工作钢管4的内表面涂覆有防腐涂层5，工作钢管4的外表面涂覆有隔热防腐涂层3，隔热防腐涂层3的外面包裹有聚氨酯保温层2，聚氨酯保温层2的外面包裹有高密度聚乙烯外护管1。
