本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型采用蜂窝蓄热体来对铁进行预热,达到一定的温度之后与硫磺一起放入石墨坩埚中进行熔炼,这样大大减少了熔炼时间,提高了生产效率,天然气喷嘴连通天然气后同时对蜂窝蓄热体和石墨坩埚进行加热,蜂窝蓄热体通过耐火板上的开孔保证加热的温度不会过高,这样不仅使用能源洁净,同时提高了能源的使用利用率,总的本实用新型具有能源利用率高、生产效率高、实用性强、缩短熔炼时间的优点。
