背景技术
在生产电解铜的冶炼企业,铜电解后留下大量铜阳极泥,铜阳极泥中含有多种贵金属如金、银等,如何从大量铜阳极泥中提炼出贵金属,做到废物利用,必须有相应的工艺和设备予以实现。
铜阳极泥首先要焙烧,以除硒,原有的马弗炉烧煤,耗能大,硫化不彻底,必须加以改进。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足提供一种用于铜阳极泥的焙烧炉。
本实用新型所述焙烧炉的结构包括:炉顶、硒蒸汽孔、走火气孔、炉胆、保温砖;
焙烧炉的炉胆外砌保温砖,炉顶中央有硒蒸汽孔与炉胆相通,炉顶一侧有走火气孔,也与炉胆相通。
本实用新型的有益效果:所述用于铜阳极泥的焙烧炉不烧煤,改用电加热,炉膛火均匀,硒蒸效果和硫化效果好,不产生硫污染,有利于提高后续生产过程的产品指标。
