[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,包括高炉冲渣池、冲渣水增压泵组、冲渣水换热站、热水循环泵组,冲渣水增压泵组与高炉冲渣池连通,冲渣水换热站串联在冲渣水增压泵组与高炉冲渣池之间,热水循环泵组连通在冲渣水换热站与用户回水之间,所述冲渣水换热站包括若干组并列的换热器,每组换热器的一端连通有冲渣水进水管和供暖出水管,另一端连通有冷却水出水管和供暖回水管,经冲渣水增压泵组增压的冲渣水经过滤器自冲渣水进水管进入冲渣水换热站,经供暖后的冷却循环水进入冲渣水换热站从冷却水出水管流出对高炉渣进行冲渣,再次成为高温冲渣水,进入下一个循环供暖过程。

[0011] 采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本实用新型能有效回收高炉冲渣水余热进行供暖,并利用经供暖后冷却的回水对高炉渣进行冲渣,达到节能减排的目的;同时在不需要供暖的时节高温冲渣水不需经过冲渣水换热站,可直接进行高炉冲渣,避免对换热器的损坏。本实用新型利用高炉冲渣水余热资源进行供暖,无需另建供暖锅炉房,不需煤场、灰渣场,减少占地,减少烟尘的排放量和二氧化硫的排放量,大大改善环境,同时大大节能降耗减排的效果。

具体实施方式

[0015] 高炉冲渣水处理设施普遍采用就地循环冷却的方式,冲渣水水温高,大量冲渣水的余热白白浪费,不符合国家提倡的循环经济和节能减排的方针。
[0016] 因此,开发利用高炉冲渣水余热资源进行供暖,具体方案参见图1所示,本实用新型包括高炉冲渣池4、冲渣水增压泵组5、冲渣水换热站9、热水循环泵组10,冲渣水增压泵组5与高炉冲渣池4连通,冲渣水换热站9串联在冲渣水增压泵组5与高炉冲渣池4之间,热水循环泵组10连通在冲渣水换热站9与用户回水之间,所述冲渣水换热站9包括若干组并列的换热器1,每组换热器I的一端连通有冲渣水进水管和供暖出水管,另一端连通有冷却水出水管和供暖回水管。经冲渣水增压泵组5增压的冲渣水经过滤器自冲渣水进水管进入冲渣水换热站9,经供暖后的冷却循环水进入冲渣水换热站9从冷却水出水管流出对高炉渣进行冲渣,再次成为高温冲渣水,进入下一个循环供暖过程。
[0017] 其中,在冲渣水增压泵组5与高炉冲渣池4之间还设有两条与冲渣水换热站9并列的冲渣水循环管路11,两条冲渣水循环管路11上均设有主控阀8。在供暖季节,关闭冲渣水循环管路11上的主控阀8,同时打开在进冲渣水换热站9前的总管路上及出冲渣水换热站9之后的总管路上的主控阀8,使冲渣水进入冲渣水换热站9进行供暖循环。
[0018] 与换热器I连通的冲渣水进水管和供暖出水管上均设有控制阀6和压力表7,冷却水出水管和供暖回水管均设有控制阀6,冷却水出水管上还安装有流量计12 ;所述的冲澄水增压泵组5包括若干并列的冲渣水增压泵2,每个冲渣水增压泵2两端的管路上均设有控制阀6及压力表7 ;所述的热水循环泵组10包括若干并列的热水循环泵3,每个热水循环泵3两端的管路上均设有控制阀6及压力表7。
[0019] 本实用新型能有效回收高炉冲渣水余热进行供暖,并利用经供暖后冷却的回水对高炉渣进行冲渣,达到节能减排的目的;同时在不需要供暖的时节高温冲渣水不需经过冲渣水换热站9,可直接进行高炉冲渣,避免对换热器的损坏。本实用新型利用高炉冲渣水余热资源进行供暖,占地少,使用灵活,烟尘的排放量和二氧化硫的排放量少,利于改善环境,同时大大节能降耗减排的效果。
[0020] 本实用新型的工艺流程如下:高炉冲渣水在高炉冲渣池内经初沉和过滤,经冲渣水增压泵进入过滤器再次进行过滤,经过滤后的冲渣水经冲渣水进水管进入冲渣水换热站,从供暖出水管进入用户进行供暖,供暖后的冷却的回水自用户经热水循环泵3,从供暖回水管回流到冲渣水换热站,与换热站内的高温冲渣水进行换热,吸收热量,同时冲渣水冷却降温,自冲渣水换热站的冷却水出水管流出对高炉渣进行冲渣,再次成为高温冲渣水,进入下一个循环供暖过程,同时供暖循环水吸收热量,再次对用户进行供暖。
Claims (6)
1.一种高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,包括高炉冲渣池(4)、冲渣水增压泵组(5)、冲渣水换热站(9 )、热水循环泵组(10 ),其特征在于,冲渣水增压泵组(5 )与高炉冲渣池(4)连通,冲渣水换热站(9)串联在冲渣水增压泵组(5)与高炉冲渣池(4)之间,热水循环泵组(10)连通在冲渣水换热站(9)与用户回水之间,所述冲渣水换热站(9)包括若干组并列的换热器(I),每组换热器(I)的一端连通有冲渣水进水管和供暖出水管,另一端连通有冷却水出水管和供暖回水管,经冲渣水增压泵组(5)增压的冲渣水经过滤器自冲渣水进水管进入冲渣水换热站(9 ),经供暖后的冷却循环水进入冲渣水换热站(9 )从冷却水出水管流出对高炉渣进行冲渣,再次成为高温冲渣水,进入下一个循环供暖过程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,其特征在于,在冲渣水增压泵组(5)与高炉冲渣池(4)之间还设有两条与冲渣水换热站(9)并列的冲渣水循环管路(11),两条冲渣水循环管路(11)上均设有主控阀(8 )。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,其特征在于,在进冲渣水换热站(9)前的总管路上及出冲渣水换热站(9)之后的总管路上均设有主控阀(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,其特征在于,与换热器(I)连通的冲渣水进水管和供暖出水管上均设有控制阀(6)和压力表(7),冷却水出水管和供暖回水管均设有控制阀(6 ),冷却水出水管上还安装有流量计(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,其特征在于,所述的冲渣水增压泵组(5)包括若干并列的冲渣水增压泵(2),每个冲渣水增压泵(2)两端的管路上均设有控制阀(6)及压力表(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高炉冲渣水余热再利用供暖装置,其特征在于,所述的热水循环泵组(10)包括若干并列的热水循环泵(3),每个热水循环泵(3)两端的管路上均设有控制阀(6)及压力表(7)。
