Abstract
余热梯级利用的低能级抽汽间接加热暖风器系统,包括安装在锅炉尾部烟道空气预热器与电除尘器间的烟气换热器,安装在空气预热器空气侧入口前的暖风器,连接烟气换热器和暖风器与凝结水的循环水管路;利用7号低压加热器出口的凝结水加热暖风器中的一、二次冷风,暖风器出口的回水送回8号低压加热器入口,8号低压加热器和7号低压加热器的凝结水流量增加,使得8抽抽汽和7抽抽汽流量增加,实现利用8抽抽汽和7抽抽汽间接加热暖风器的目的;由6号低压加热器入口引出的部分凝结水送入烟气换热器中吸热,并由6号低压加热器出口引回回热系统,流经6号低压加热器的凝结水流量减少,使得6抽抽汽的汽流量也相应减少,被排挤的部分6抽抽汽送入汽轮机做功,机组的经济性提高。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及火力发电技术领域,具体涉及余热梯级利用的低能级抽汽间接加热暖风器系统。
背景技术
[0002] 随着全球能源价格的不断上涨、世界范围内气候不断恶化,国家对节能降耗的要求更加严格,如何深入挖掘现有电站机组节能的潜力,降低企业的生产运行成本,成为每个企业共同关心的重要问题。
[0003] 我国北方大部分电站锅炉机组均安装暖风器系统,以解决冬季空气预热器入口空气温度低或低负荷下排烟温度低所造成的空气预热器冷端低温腐蚀、积灰堵塞等问题。目前的暖风器系统多采用4抽抽汽加热或6抽抽汽加热方式,热源能级较高、不经济。若利用较低能级的抽汽热量直接加热则需要在负压状态下抽汽且抽汽的密度较低、体积流量大,需要较粗的输汽管道,问题也较多。因此,需考虑其它的更经济的热源加热暖风器,以提高机组的经济性。
[0004] 我国现役火电机组中锅炉排烟温度普遍维持在125〜150°C左右水平,高于设计值。一般情况下排烟温度每升高20°C,排烟热损失增加0.6%〜1.0%,对机组的经济性产生不利的影响。随着暖风器出口冷空气温度的提高,锅炉排烟温度将进一步升高。为保证机组的经济性不随暖风器的投运而降低,需对锅炉烟气余热加以回收利用。在空气预热器之后安装烟气换热器可以有效的回收烟气余热,并降低进入后续电除尘、脱硫塔及引风机的烟气温度及流量,保证机组经济性不随暖风器投运而降低。
发明内容
[0005] 为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种余热梯级利用的低能级抽汽间接加热暖风器系统,利用低能级的抽汽间接加热暖风器,同时利用烟气换热器回收烟气余热并用于替换较高能级的抽汽,实现暖风器热源的优化布置及低能级热量的梯级利用。
[0006] 为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
[0007] 余热梯级利用的低能级抽汽间接加热暖风器系统,包括安装在锅炉尾部烟道空气预热器I与电除尘器3之间的烟气换热器2,安装在空气预热器I空气侧入口前的暖风器10,连接烟气换热器2和暖风器10与凝结水的循环水管路,所述暖风器10与凝结水的循环水管路的连接关系为:7号低压加热器8凝结水出口分两路,一路接入暖风器10的入口,暖风器10的出口依次连接8号低压加热器9和回热系统,7号低压加热器8凝结水出口的另一路连接6号低压加热器7凝结水进口 ;所述烟气换热器2与凝结水的循环水管路的连接关系为:6号低压加热器7凝结水进口引出一路接入烟气换热器2,烟气换热器2的凝结水出口通过6号低压加热器7出口接入回热系统。
[0008] 上述所述系统间接加热暖风器和排烟余热梯级利用的方法为:由7号低压加热器8出口引出部分凝结水加热暖风器10中的一、二次冷风,提高空气预热器I入口空气温度;暖风器中10释放热量后的凝结水由8号低压加热器9入口引回回热系统,使得流经8号低压加热器9和7号低压加热器8的凝结水流量增加、热功率增加,相应的分别与8号低压加热器9和7号低压加热器8的连接的8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12的流量增加,从而实现了8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12的热量间接加热暖风器10中一、二次风的目的;由6号低压加热器7入口引出的部分凝结水送入烟气换热器2中吸热,并由6号低压加热器7出口引回回热系统,流经6号低压加热器7的凝结水流量减少,与6号低压加热器7连接的6抽抽汽13的汽流量也相应减少,被排挤的部分6抽抽汽13送入汽轮机做功;由于6抽抽汽13的能级高于8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12,被排挤的6抽抽汽13的做功能力高于8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12流量增加损失的做功能力,机组的经济性提高。
[0009] 本实用新型和现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
[0010] 采用本实用新型系统后,使暖风器的热源得以间接利用低能级抽汽,热源得到了合理优化,同时提高了锅炉排烟余热的能级,使之可以利用到较高能级的低压加热器中,实现了排烟余热的梯级利用。本实用新型采用低能级抽汽加热凝结水,再使用凝结水加热暖风器的方案,既降低了加热热源的能级,又避免了使用低能级抽汽直接加热暖风器时需在负压状态下抽汽及抽汽体积流量较大的问题,使得机组的经济性得以提高。

[0014] 如附图所示,本实用新型余热梯级利用的低能级抽汽间接加热暖风器系统,包括安装在锅炉尾部烟道空气预热器I与电除尘器3之间的烟气换热器2,安装在空气预热器I空气侧入口前的暖风器10,连接烟气换热器2和暖风器10与凝结水的循环水管路,所述暖风器10与凝结水的循环水管路的连接关系为:7号低压加热器8凝结水出口分两路,一路接入暖风器10的入口,暖风器10的出口依次连接8号低压加热器9和回热系统,7号低压加热器8凝结水出口的另一路连接6号低压加热器7凝结水进口 ;所述烟气换热器2与凝结水的循环水管路的连接关系为:6号低压加热器7凝结水进口引出一路接入烟气换热器2,烟气换热器2的凝结水出口通过6号低压加热器7出口接入回热系统。
[0015] 如附图所示,本实用新型所述系统间接加热暖风器和排烟余热梯级利用的方法为:由7号低压加热器8出口引出部分凝结水加热暖风器10中的一、二次冷风,提高空气预热器I入口空气温度;暖风器中10释放热量后的凝结水由8号低压加热器9入口引回回热系统,使得流经8号低压加热器9和7号低压加热器8的凝结水流量增加、热功率增加,相应的分别与8号低压加热器9和7号低压加热器8的连接的8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12的流量增加,从而实现了 8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12的热量间接加热暖风器10中一、二次风的目的。
[0016] 如附图所示,由于暖风器10出口的一、二次风温提高,空气预热器I出口的排烟温度提高,烟气余热的能级提高,锅炉排烟余热依靠布置在空气预热器I之后的烟气换热器2吸收。由6号低压加热器7入口引出的部分凝结水送入烟气换热器2中吸热,并由6号低压加热器7出口引回回热系统,流经6号低压加热器7的凝结水流量减少,与6号低压加热器7连接的6抽抽汽13的汽流量也相应减少,被排挤的部分6抽抽汽13送入汽轮机做功;烟气换热器2出口的烟气依次经过电除尘器3、引风机4、脱硫塔5和烟囱6排空。
[0017] 由于6抽抽汽13的能级高于8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12,被排挤的6抽抽汽13的做功能力高于8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12流量增加损失的做功能力,上述系统布置方案中,由于间接利用8抽抽汽11和7抽抽汽12加热暖风器10中的一、二次风温度,而使排烟温度升高,所产生的能级较高的排烟余热则用于排挤6抽抽汽13,从而实现了使用低品味的抽汽热量替换高品位抽汽热量的目的,机组整体的经济性得以提高。

1.余热梯级利用的低能级抽汽间接加热暖风器系统,其特征在于:包括安装在锅炉尾部烟道空气预热器(I)与电除尘器(3)之间的烟气换热器(2),安装在空气预热器(I)空气侧入口前的暖风器(10),连接烟气换热器(2)和暖风器(10)与凝结水的循环水管路,所述暖风器(10)与凝结水的循环水管路的连接关系为:7号低压加热器(8)凝结水出口分两路,一路接入暖风器(10)的入口,暖风器(10)的出口依次连接8号低压加热器(9)和回热系统,7号低压加热器(8)凝结水出口的另一路连接6号低压加热器(7)凝结水进口 ;所述烟气换热器(2)与凝结水的循环水管路的连接关系为:6号低压加热器(7)凝结水进口引出一路接入烟气换热器(2),烟气换热器(2)的凝结水出口通过6号低压加热器(7)出口接入回热系统。
