Abstract

[0003]煤粉在锅炉内燃烧产生大量的烟气,通常烟气经处理后直接通过烟道排出,而排出的烟气温度具有很高的温度还含有大量水蒸气,这样烟气的热量和水蒸气就白白浪费掉了,造成了能源的巨大损失。如果能对脱硫后烟气中的水分和热量进行回收利用,那么对于水资源匮乏的地区具有重要意义。

[0022]本实用新型的具体工作过程为:补水系统3的出水口通过管道与烟气换热器装置2的进水口连接,冷水经过管道流经烟气换热器装置2后由锅炉烟道内的烟气余热及烟气中水蒸气凝结潜热将冷水加热,加热后的水经过烟气换热器装置2的出水口通过管道与热栗1的进水口连接,然后在热栗1进行充分换热从而将热网系统15的水加热,实现余热的回收利用。烟气换热器装置2顶部的冲洗水口实际上也是冲洗水系统11的入口,冲洗水系统的水由烟气换热器装置2的顶部引入,对烟气换热器装置2的外壁进行冲洗,冲洗后的液体汇入集液槽10。通过冲洗水清洗避免烟气换热器装置2的外壁积灰结渣,提高了换热效率。当烟气温度降低至水露点以下,烟气中的水蒸气凝结放热后形成水珠同冲洗水一并沉积至集液槽10,另外烟气中残余部分的飞灰及硫化物同凝结水吸附聚集后汇入集液槽10—起排出,达到再次净化烟气的作用。集液槽10通过底部的出水口将集液槽10里面的水排放到沉淀池12里面,沉淀池12的水再经过出水口与脱硫塔1喷淋入水口连接,从而达到烟气中水分的回收利用目的。最后,烟道内的烟气经过烟气换热器装置2后经烟囱16排出。

Claims (5)
1.一种利用烟气余热加热水和提水一体化回收利用装置,包括热栗(1)、烟气换热器装置(2)、补水系统(3)和锅炉烟道,其特征在于:所述热栗(1)和烟气换热器装置(2)通过补水系统(3)的管道连接;所述锅炉烟道穿过烟气换热器装置(2);所述补水系统(3)和烟气换热器装置(2)连接的管道上设置有第一支路;所述第一支路上依次连接有第一前截止阀(4)、第一循环水栗(5)、第一逆止阀(6)和第一后截止阀(7);所述第一支路和补水系统(3)之间设置有管道过滤器(8); 所述烟气换热器装置(2)在顶部设置有冲洗水口,冲洗水口通过管道与冲洗水系统(11)相连接;所述冲洗水系统(11)与烟气换热器装置(2)连接的管道之间设置有电动阀;所述烟气换热器装置(2)的下部设置有集液槽(10),集液槽(10)下方的出水口通过管道与沉淀池(12 )的进水口相连接;所述沉淀池(12 )的出水口通过管道与脱硫塔(14)的喷淋入水口连接,所述沉淀池(12)与脱硫塔(14)连接的管道上设置有沉淀池水栗(13);所述热栗(1)与热网供水系统(15)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用烟气余热加热水和提水一体化回收利用装置,其特征在于:所述补水系统(3)上连接有稳压罐(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用烟气余热加热水和提水一体化回收利用装置,其特征在于:所述补水系统(3)和烟气换热器装置(2)连接的管道上设置有第二支路;所述第二支路和第一支路并联连接;所述第二支路上依次连接有第二前截止阀、第二循环水栗、第二逆止阀和第二后截止阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用烟气余热加热水和提水一体化回收利用装置,其特征在于:所述补水系统(3)的管道上和锅炉烟道的管道上均设置有温度传感器;补水系统(3)的管道上设置有压力传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用烟气余热加热水和提水一体化回收利用装置,其特征在于:所述补水系统(3)和管道过滤器(8)之间设置有电动阀。
