本实用新型设计一种冰箱自动化生产清洁设备，具体涉及一种冰箱焊后自动吹杂物装置。
背景技术
电冰箱在线总装配过程中，在经历了焊接、除渣、清洗焊剂等工序后，会在压机底板上滴落一些残渣碎屑，需要专人清理。传统的方法是操作工用抹布擦拭或手持压缩空气气带吹除，前者经常发生压机室管路划破操作工手臂的情形，即便是后者相对安全，但是也增加一个工序定员，增加人力成本。

为了解决上述内容，本实用新型设计了一种冰箱焊后自动吹杂物装置。
    本实用新型的具体技术内容为：一种冰箱焊后自动吹杂物装置，包括流水线操作台、光电感应开关、控制器、吹气气路、杂物收集装置，流水线操作台上设有光电感应开关的感应探头；靠近感应探头的位置设有吹气气路，吹气气路前端为吹气软管，中部设有电磁阀；电磁阀通过电线连接在光电感应开关上；对应吹气气路的流水线操作台另一侧集尘罩，集尘罩后方对应设有引风机及集尘袋。
    吹气软管与光电感应探头高度与冰箱相对应。
有益效果
利用电光感应设备控制吹气气路，自动化程度较高，结构简单、成本低廉，在保证清洁效果的同时，减少了该工作流程的所需的工人定员一名，节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2：一种冰箱焊后自动吹杂物装置，包括流水线操作台、光电感应开关、控制器、吹气气路、杂物收集装置，流水线操作台上设有光电感应开关的感应探头；靠近感应探头的位置设有吹气气路，吹气气路前端为吹气软管，中部设有电磁阀；电磁阀通过电线连接在光电感应开关上；对应吹气气路的流水线操作台另一侧集尘罩，集尘罩后方对应设有引风机及集尘袋。
吹气软管与光电感应探头高度与冰箱相对应。
吹气气路在出气口连接一段铜软管（铜管外包一层PE胶套），高度方向可调；光电感应开关连接吹气气路电磁阀；感应探头设置在与冰箱相对应的适当位置，吹气气路末端的吹气软管固定高度对准在线冰箱的压机室空间中下部位；当电冰箱在随生产线向前运行时，光电开关感应到冰箱时，气路开通，对准压机室底部自动吹杂物；当光电开关感应不到冰箱，即是冰箱间隙时，气路断开，吹杂物停止。如此反复循坏，实现自动吹除压机室杂物的目的。流水线操作台另一侧对应吹气软管设有杂物收集及储存装置，保证杂物不被吹散在车间内，保证了车间卫生。

1.一种冰箱焊后自动吹杂物装置，包括流水线操作台、光电感应开关、控制器、吹气气路、杂物收集装置，其特征是：流水线操作台上设有光电感应开关的感应探头；靠近感应探头的位置设有吹气气路，吹气气路前端为吹气软管，中部设有电磁阀；电磁阀通过电线连接在光电感应开关上；对应吹气气路的流水线操作台另一侧集尘罩，集尘罩后方对应设有引风机及集尘袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述冰箱焊后自动吹杂物装置，其特征是：吹气软管与光电感应探头高度与冰箱相对应。
