本实用新型涉及一种导轨副用阻尼器,特别涉及到滚动直线导轨副用阻尼器。
背景技术
现有的导轨类型主要分为:滑动导轨副与滚动直线导轨副两大类。滑动导轨副的特点是:结构简单,承载力大,刚性、吸振好,具有防过载冲击的能力,但是运行速度低,低速下易出现爬行;滚动直线导轨副的特点是:精度高,运行速度高,无爬行,安装更换方便,但是结构复杂,抗振性低于滑动导轨,防过载冲击能力差,所以人们希望能开发一种能提高滚动直线导轨副的抗振性及防过载冲击能力的产品。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种滚动直线导轨副用阻尼器,其使得滚动直线导轨副既能保证滚动直线导轨副的高速和高精度,还具有滑动导轨的抗振性及防过载冲击能力。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种滚动直线导轨副用阻尼器,包括阻尼器主体,阻尼器主体套装在滚动直线导轨上,所述阻尼器主体与滚动直线导轨接触的内表面覆盖有阻尼减振复合材料,使得阻尼器主体与滚动直线导轨之间为过渡配合;
进一步,所述的阻尼减振复合材料的厚度为1~3mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于阻尼器要与标准滑块配套使用,由标准滑块承受载荷,其并不承受任何载荷,即保证滚动直线导轨副的高速和高精度,同时当发生振动与过载时,由于阻尼器的存在使导轨副具有了减振及抗过载冲击的性能。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种滚动直线导轨副用阻尼器,包括阻尼器主体1,阻尼器主体1套装在滚动直线导轨2上,所述阻尼器主体1与滚动直线导轨2接触的内表面覆盖有阻尼减振复合材料11,为了达到较好的减振效果,所述的阻尼减振复合材料的厚度为1~3mm,该设计使得本阻尼器的主体与标准的滚动直线导轨滑块外形及安装尺寸一致,但是其内部与导轨接触的部分与标准的滚动直线导轨滑块不同,另外,由于阻尼减振复合材料11的存在,从而使得阻尼器主体1与滚动直线导轨2之间为过渡配合。
由于阻尼器要与标准滑块配套使用,由标准滑块承受载荷,其并不承受任何载荷,即保证滚动直线导轨副的高速和高精度,同时当发生振动与过载时,由于阻尼器的存在使导轨副具有了减振及抗过载冲击的性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种滚动直线导轨副用阻尼器,其特征在于:所述的阻尼减振复合材料的厚度为1~3mm。
