    一种数控车床,其尾座重量约为220Kg,由于尾座底板导轨与床身导轨面接触,是经人工刮研的,所以要移动尾座需克服摩擦力(f=μFN=0.25×2156=539)约为539N,一般一个工人很难移动。

    为解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种车床尾座小车结构。

车床尾座小车结构,包括车床,车床上安装有尾座,其特征在于:所述的尾座的底部设有沉孔,沉孔内滑动安装有活塞,活塞与沉孔的底部之间设有碟形弹簧,活塞的下部转动安装有轴承并通过轴承支撑于车床的导轨上。
