背景技术
大直径聚乙烯缠绕增强管——高密度聚乙烯结构壁热态缠绕管，是一种内壁光滑、外壁为螺形状加强肋，由螺旋缠绕工艺制成的异形结构壁管材，属柔性管材。大直径聚乙烯缠绕增强管采用高密度聚乙烯为原料，在热熔状态下通过缠绕成型工艺制成，并在热态未脱模前，通过滚动风冷方式冷却，管道逐步散热，壁厚均匀。大直径聚乙烯缠绕增强管采用承插式电熔连接，管道两端在生产时被加工成承口和插口，并在承口端嵌入电熔丝，管道承插连接时，只需接入电源即可完成焊接，可以使管线系统实现零渗漏。此种管材被广泛应用于城市排水、市政排水、电力和石化等领域，是钢筋混凝土和铸铁管的理想换代产品。
目前市场上所使用的聚乙烯缠绕增强管由于机构原因还存在一定的缺点和不足，具体表现在：重量重、承压能力弱、寿命长、环刚度低、施工不方便等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种结构简单合理重量轻、承压能力强、接口质量高、寿命长、耐腐蚀、环刚度高、施工方便的异型结构的大直径聚乙烯缠绕管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，该大直径聚乙烯缠绕增强管包括主管体1、设置在该主管体1外侧面上的第一加强管2和第二加强管3、设置在主管体1一端的管接口3，所述的第一加强管2和第二加强管3是沿主管体1的轴向依次交替缠绕在该主管体1的外侧面上的，所述第一加强管2内部设置有三个呈三角形分布的加强管主体4、第二加强管3内设置有一个加强管主体4，所述的管接口3处设置有环绕分布的电热熔丝5。
本实用新型大直径聚乙烯缠绕增强管是一种环保安全型产品，具有重量轻、承压能力强、接口质量高、寿命长、耐腐蚀、环刚度高、施工方便等优点，广泛应用于城市供水、排水、远距离输水及农田水利灌溉等工程。口径从300mm-4000mm，管材重量轻，整体柔性好，是目前埋地排污排水首选的主要管材。
