本实用新型旨在解决现有小型立式自动排气阀存在的浮球底部斜面与壳体底部之间粘连、浮球无法正常浮起导致排气阀漏水失灵的问题,提供了一种防粘连压注壳体自动排气阀,壳体由聚碳酸酯塑料注塑或铝合金压铸制成,壳体由上壳体、下壳体两部分组成,上壳体、下壳体螺纹连接,阀座安装在上壳体上,阀腔内的阀塞后端有连杆与壳体内的浮球插接,下壳体底部有进水口,其特征在于所述的进水口圆周上均布有支爪,相邻的支爪间的空隙形成流水口。本实用新型解决了现有技术浮球底部斜面粘连导致的浮球无法浮起、排气阀漏水失灵等问题,结构简单,便于生产和推广。

本实用新型涉及自动排气阀。
背景技术
目前的小型立式排气阀的浮球底面为斜面,当排气阀内部水位下降时浮球向下移动,浮球底部斜面与下壳体的进水口上部接触时会有一个狭小的缝隙用于水流入或流出壳体,当排气阀内没有水时,会有杂质沉积在此缝隙中使浮球底部斜面与壳体底部粘连,造成浮球无法正常浮起,导致排气阀阀塞无法正常关闭、排气阀漏水失灵等问题。
发明内容
目前的小型立式排气阀的浮球底面为斜面,当排气阀内部水位下降时浮球向下移动,浮球底部斜面与下壳体的进水口上部接触时会有一个狭小的缝隙用于水流入或流出壳体,当排气阀内没有水时,会有杂质沉积在此缝隙中使浮球底部斜面与壳体底部粘连,造成浮球无法正常浮起,导致排气阀阀塞无法正常关闭、排气阀漏水失灵等问题。

具体实施方式
一、如图1所示,防粘连压注壳体自动排气阀,壳体由聚碳酸酯塑料注塑成型,由上壳体3、下壳体5两部分组成壳体,上壳体3、下壳体5螺纹连接,上壳体3、下壳体5连接处有密封胶圈,阀座安装在上壳体3上,阀腔内的阀塞1后端有连杆2与壳体内的浮球4插接,下壳体5底部有进水口9,所述的进水口9圆周上均布有六个支爪7,相邻的支爪7间的空隙形成流水口8,共有六个流水口8,下壳体与进水口底部之间有便于水流向流水口8的坡面6。
二、壳体由铝合金材料压铸成型,所述的进水口9圆周上均布有五个支爪7,相邻的支爪7间的空隙形成流水口8,共有五个流水口8,其他与实施例一相同。

1.防粘连压注壳体自动排气阀,壳体由聚碳酸酯塑料注塑或铝合金压铸制成,壳体由上壳体(3)、下壳体(5)两部分组成,上壳体(3)、下壳体(5)螺纹连接,阀座安装在上壳体(3)上,阀腔内的阀塞(1)后端有连杆(2)与壳体内的浮球(4)插接,下壳体(5)底部有进水口(9),其特征在于,所述的进水口(9)圆周上均匀分布有支爪(7),相邻的支爪(7)间的空隙形成流水口(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防粘连压注壳体自动排气阀,其特征在于所述的进水口圆周上均匀分布有4~6个支爪(7)。
