本发明提出了一种浮球阀,包括浮球与阀体,所述阀体上开设有进水口与出水口,所述阀体内对应所述出水口上方设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有陶瓷阀芯;所述陶瓷阀芯的顶部套设有与之相应的阀芯套,所述阀芯套还铰接有支架,所述支架通过浮球杆与所述浮球连接,所述浮球杆与所述支架螺纹连接,所述浮球杆上还设置有六角螺帽。该浮球阀采用水龙头的陶瓷阀芯进行密封处理,不仅密封效果好,而且使用寿命达到30万次以上。

一种浮球阀
技术领域
本发明属于一种水位阀,具体涉及一种耐用且密封性能好的浮球阀。
背景技术
浮球阀是利用浮球在水中受到的浮力控制阀门动作的一种阀门开关,常用于进行水位控制。当前市场常用的浮球阀主要分为两类。一类浮球阀,其主体由铜制成,主要工作原理为:杠杆密封,是由浮球升起、浮球连接杆的另一端推进密封塑料或橡胶块与主体上的进水口进行压制密封。另一类浮球阀,其整个产品都是采用塑料制造完成,主要工作原理为:采用杠杆密封,内部采用橡胶密封,浮球角度可以调整,其整体效果比前面一类稍微好一些。然而,用户普遍反映,上述两类浮球阀存以下不足:⑴由于其是采用浮球升起推进密封块,进水的压力和浮球一直保持对抗,如果进水的压力大于浮球的浮力就会失去密封效果。进一步,浮球长期受力下,浮球与杠杆支轴都容易损坏,与此同时密封的塑料与橡胶耐磨性不强,其使用寿命不超过5万次(一年到两年的时间就会失去密封效果);⑵安装方式过于呆板,主体只限定角度的安装,浮球上下不可调节。
发明内容
为解决现有浮球阀使用寿命短、密封效果差的问题,本发明提出一种浮球阀,该浮球阀采用水龙头的陶瓷阀芯进行密封处理,不仅密封效果好,而且使用寿命达到30万次以上。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种浮球阀,包括浮球与阀体,所述阀体上开设有进水口与出水口,所述阀体内对应所述出水口上方设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有陶瓷阀芯;所述陶瓷阀芯的顶部套设有与之相应的阀芯套,所述阀芯套还铰接有支架,所述支架通过浮球杆与所述浮球连接,所述浮球杆与所述支架螺纹连接,所述浮球杆上还设置有六角螺帽。
进一步,所述陶瓷阀芯包括阀芯壳、转芯、动阀片与静阀片,所述阀芯壳内插接有所述转芯,所述转芯下端通过拨叉卡接在所述动阀片上,所述动阀片与所述静阀片互相贴合,所述静阀片固定安装在所述阀芯壳内,所述静阀片上开有两个相对的进水通孔,所述动阀片开有与进水通孔相对应的出水通孔,所述转芯上开有与其中心轴方向一致的通孔,所述通孔与所述阀体上的出水口连通;在所述静阀片下方还安装有压片和密封垫,所述阀芯套与所述转芯顶部相适应。
进一步,所述空腔的底部设置有与所述阀芯壳底部相适应的凸台,所述空腔的顶部设置有与所述阀芯壳上部相适应的压紧盖。
本发明工作原理:
当浮球或者降落,浮球杆与转芯连接在一起,扳动了转芯从而促使动阀片平移,达到密封或者开启的效果。因此,进水的压强大小和浮球浮力大小之间不存在阻力的问题,只要浮球的重力与浮力能扳动转芯就可以了。
本发明的有益效果:
该浮球阀采用水龙头的陶瓷阀芯进行密封处理,不仅密封效果好,而且使用寿命达到30万次以上,如果理论上按一天一百次计算,一年合计36500次,那整体浮球阀寿命至少8年。该浮球阀在安装方面只需调整支架与阀芯套连接处的角度就可以安装,不管浮球阀是横着安装还是竖着安装均可。

参照图1与图2,一种浮球阀,包括浮球2与阀体1,阀体1上开设有进水口10与出水口11。进水口10设置在阀体1的底部,进水口10处还设置有锁紧螺母12与橡胶垫圈13。阀体1内对应出水口11上方设置有空腔14。空腔14内设置有陶瓷阀芯。陶瓷阀芯包括阀芯壳3、转芯4、动阀片与静阀片。空腔14的底部设置有与阀芯壳3底部相适应的凸台,空腔14的顶部设置有与阀芯壳3上部相适应的压紧盖5。阀芯壳3内插接有转芯4,转芯4下端通过拨叉卡接在动阀片上,动阀片与静阀片互相贴合。静阀片固定安装在阀芯壳内,静阀片上开有两个相对的进水通孔。动阀片开有与进水通孔相对应的出水通孔。转芯4上开有与其中心轴方向一致的通孔,通孔与阀体1上的出水口11连通。在静阀片下方还安装有压片和密封垫。阀芯套6与转芯4顶部相适应。阀芯套6还铰接有支架7。浮球杆8的一端与支架7螺纹连接,浮球杆8上还设置有六角螺帽9。浮球杆8另一端设置有浮球2。
该浮球阀采用水龙头的陶瓷阀芯进行密封处理,不仅密封效果好,而且使用寿命达到30万次以上,如果理论上按一天一百次计算,一年合计36500次,那整体浮球阀寿命至少8年。该浮球阀在安装方面只需调整支架7与阀芯套6连接处的角度就可以安装,不管浮球阀是横着安装还是竖着安装均可。

1.一种浮球阀,包括浮球与阀体,其特征在于,所述阀体上开设有进水口与出水口,所述阀体内对应所述出水口上方设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有陶瓷阀芯;所述陶瓷阀芯的顶部套设有与之相应的阀芯套,所述阀芯套还铰接有支架,所述支架通过浮球杆与所述浮球连接,所述浮球杆与所述支架螺纹连接,所述浮球杆上还设置有六角螺帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,所述陶瓷阀芯包括阀芯壳、转芯、动阀片与静阀片,所述阀芯壳内插接有所述转芯,所述转芯下端通过拨叉卡接在所述动阀片上,所述动阀片与所述静阀片互相贴合,所述静阀片固定安装在所述阀芯壳内,所述静阀片上开有两个相对的进水通孔,所述动阀片开有与进水通孔相对应的出水通孔,所述转芯上开有与其中心轴方向一致的通孔,所述通孔与所述阀体上的出水口连通;在所述静阀片下方还安装有压片和密封垫,所述阀芯套与所述转芯顶部相适应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的浮球阀,其特征在于,所述空腔的底部设置有与所述阀芯壳底部相适应的凸台,所述空腔的顶部设置有与所述阀芯壳上部相适应的压紧盖。
