本实用新型提供了一种高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置,其包括螺杆机筒和内部的螺杆,所述螺杆机筒为非金属导热材料,在螺杆机筒的外侧壁包有加热瓦,加热瓦与螺杆机筒紧密接触,所述螺杆机筒的外壁上没有加热瓦的位置缠绕有电流线圈,电流线圈外再包覆隔热层,所述电流线圈两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块。所述隔热层包括内层的石棉和外层的XPS保温板。本实用新型的优点是:在加热瓦加热的基础上,通过电流线圈中电流的波动及电磁感应原理使螺杆产生热量。螺杆及螺杆机筒同时加热,大大缩短了机筒内聚合物的塑化时间。并通过隔热层限制热量的扩散,节能降耗。

本实用新型涉及一种加热装置,具体是一种高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置。
背景技术
片材机是一种生产新型热固性模压塑料的一种生产设备,塑料粒子经过片材机上的螺杆机筒加热进行塑化,现有的螺杆机筒外部加热部分采用电加热瓦进行加热,电能转换成加热瓦的热能,利用加热瓦和螺杆机筒外壁的接触传递能量,从而对螺杆机筒进行加热,这样存在机器预热时聚合物塑化时间长,没有隔热层,热量易传递到空气中,提高了车间的温度,电能消耗大,使用效果差的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置,实现更好的加热效果。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,所述的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置包括螺杆机筒和内部的螺杆,所述螺杆机筒为非金属导热材料,在螺杆机筒的外侧壁包有加热瓦,加热瓦与螺杆机筒紧密接触,所述螺杆机筒的外壁上没有加热瓦的位置缠绕有电流线圈,电流线圈外再包覆隔热层,所述电流线圈两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块。
具体的,所述隔热层包括内层的石棉和外层的XPS保温板。石棉的厚度为15~18mm,XPS保温板的厚度为20~23mm。
本实用新型的优点是:在加热瓦加热的基础上,通过电流线圈中电流的波动及电磁感应原理使螺杆产生热量。螺杆及螺杆机筒同时加热,大大缩短了机筒内聚合物的塑化时间。并通过隔热层限制热量的扩散,节能降耗。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置,包括电磁感应螺杆加热及加热瓦螺杆机筒加热两部分。所述螺杆机筒1材质为非金属易传热材料。所述加热瓦螺杆机筒加热部分是在螺杆机筒1的外侧壁上设有至少一对加热瓦7,加热瓦7与螺杆机筒1紧密接触。加热瓦7通过接触传递热量使螺杆机筒1加热。所述电磁感应螺杆加热部分是在螺杆机筒1的外侧壁上没有加热瓦7的部分设有至少一组电流线圈2,电流线圈2的外侧再包覆隔热层3,电流线圈2两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块4。通过高频电源模块4控制电流线圈2中的电流,通过电流的波动及电磁感应原理使螺杆机筒1内的螺杆8产生热量,从而对螺杆8进行加热。高频电源模块4为编程可控,抗干扰能力强,可靠性强,灵活性好。
所述隔热层3包括内层的石棉5和外层的XPS保温板6。石棉5和XPS保温板6具有隔热、吸音、减震等效果。石棉5的厚度为15~18mm,XPS保温板6的厚度为20~23mm。在实施例中,我们采用的石棉5厚度为15mm,XPS保温板6厚度为20mm,厚度为35mm的隔热层3包覆在电流线圈2外。
所述电流线圈2逆时针缠绕在螺杆机筒1上,两端与高频电源模块4可靠连接,便于产生磁通量从而感应加热螺杆8。

1.高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置,包括螺杆机筒(1)和内部的螺杆(8),所述螺杆机筒(1)为非金属导热材料,在螺杆机筒(1)的外侧壁包有加热瓦(7),加热瓦(7)与螺杆机筒(1)紧密接触,其特征是:所述螺杆机筒(1)的外壁上没有加热瓦(7)的位置缠绕有电流线圈(2),电流线圈(2)外再包覆隔热层(3),所述电流线圈(2)两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置,其特征是,所述隔热层(3)包括内层的石棉(5)和外层的XPS保温板(6)。
3.如权利要求2所述的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆及螺杆机筒加热装置,其特征是,所述石棉(5)的厚度为15~18mm,所述XPS保温板(6)的厚度为20~23mm。
