Abstract

一种利用导体集肤效应发热的装置,其由工频或中频电源、集肤电缆和钢管组成,工频或中频电源相线接于集肤电缆导线首端,零线接于钢管首端,钢管尾端与集肤电缆导线尾端相连接,以此构成电流回路;集肤电缆导线与钢管之间填充有高绝缘等级的绝缘材料。基于交流电的“集肤效应”和“邻近效应”,在工频或中频电源下导体会产生显著的集肤效应,并由此产生焦耳热来满足伴热的需要。装置的电流可连续调节,并以此调整装置的功率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种集肤效应伴热装置,具体涉及一种利用导体集肤效应发热的装置。 
背景技术
目前管道、罐体等工业装置的加热普遍采用蒸汽伴热,电加热棒、带伴热等措施。蒸汽伴热装置结构复杂,配套设施繁多,被加热物体温度控制不够精确;电加热棒、带伴热装置为纯电阻方式加热,效率低下,能源浪费严重。 
发明内容
为了克服上述伴热装置的缺点,本实用新型提供一种集肤效应伴热装置,该装置可高效、精确的为被加热体提供能量,并且自身结构简单,操作、维护方便。 
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题采用了以下技术方案: 
本实用新型由工频或中频电源、集肤电缆和钢管组成,工频或中频电源相线接于集肤电缆导线首端,零线接于钢管首端,钢管尾端与集肤电缆导线尾端相连接,以此构成电流回路;集肤电缆导线与钢管之间填充有高绝缘等级的绝缘材料,接通电源时,电流通过集肤电缆导线和钢管形成回路产生焦耳热;交流电并非均匀地流经钢管截面,而是集中流过其内表面的某一深度内,电流密度按指数规律减少,在钢管外表面电压电流几乎为零,钢管产生的热量传给被伴热物体,起到伴热作用。流过导体的电流可连续调节,并由此调整装置发热功率。
基于交流电的“集肤效应”和“邻近效应”,由于钢管有极强的磁性,在工频或中频电源下会产生显著的集肤效应。所谓集肤效应,就是当交流电通过碳钢导体的电流逐渐趋肤在导体表面的一种现象,而邻近效应是一对通以反向等电流电体间的一种电磁现象,在加热管中的电缆和热管间通过电流时,加热管上电流逐渐趋肤在加热管内壁,并由此在内壁产生焦耳热来满足伴热的需要。 
集肤效应电伴热系统产生焦耳热主要来自于三部分:一、加热管上通电流时,加热管上发出的热。此热量是集肤电伴热系统的主要热量来源。二、加热管内部电缆产生的热。三、加热管内磁滞损耗产生部分热。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型装置由工频或中频电源、集肤电缆和钢管组成,工频或中频电源相线接于集肤电缆导线首端7,零线接于钢管首端6,钢管尾端4与集肤电缆导线尾端5相连接,以此构成电流回路;集肤电缆导线3与钢管1之间填充有高绝缘等级的绝缘材料2,接通电源时,电流通过导线和钢管形成回路产生焦耳热。交流电并非均匀地流经钢管截面,而是集中流过其内表面的某一深度内,电流密度按指数规律减少,在钢管外表面电压电流几乎为零,钢管产生的热量传给被伴热物体,起到伴热作用;流过导体的电流可连续调节,并由此调整装置发热功率。 
本实用新型由工频或中频电源、集肤电缆和钢管组成,其适用于管道输送介质在常温下不能流动通过加温实现介质流动,可实现对介质恒温使介质在管道内保持很好的流动性。

1.一种集肤效应伴热装置,其特征在于由工频或中频电源、集肤电缆和钢管组成,工频或中频电源相线接于集肤电缆导线首端,零线接于钢管首端,钢管尾端与集肤电缆导线尾端相连接,以此构成电流回路;集肤电缆导线与钢管之间填充有高绝缘等级的绝缘材料。
